DISGRACE OF A COMPANY
C'est clairement la pire entreprise avec laquelle j'ai eu le malheur de traiter; Ils ne répondent pas aux appels téléphoniques et lorsque vous parlez enfin à quelqu'un, ils disent que la bonne personne n'est pas disponible. J'ai acheté une friteuse au gaz naturel chez eux. Il a le mauvais numéro codé sur la boîte. J'ai demandé à deux plombiers de vérifier le raccordement au gaz. Une entreprise d'installation de réparation visite trois fois ? ils ont remplacé la soupape d'admission de sécurité. Cela ne fonctionne toujours pas. Engie (Gaz France) s'est rendu pour vérifier la pression du gaz et est correct. Ils ne font toujours rien, maintenant ils intentent une action en justice.

This is clearly the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with; They don't reply to phone calls and when you finally speak to someone the say the correct person is unavailable. I purchased a natural gas fryer from them. It has the wrong coded number on the box. I have had two plumbers check the gas connection. A repair installation company visit three times? they replaced the safety inlet valve. It still does not work. Engie (Gas France) visited to check gas pressure and is correct. Still they do nothing, now taking legal action.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
