Really beautiful
I loved it

I have recently purchased a selection of the Nan McCoo homeware range for my kitchen, and have been very pleased with most of the items purchased eg., cushions/canvas/mugs
However, I also bought the large glass chopping board as part of the range, and have used/kept it as instructed. What I didn’t realise though, is that once the rubber feet come off, if it’s placed on a damp worktop the transfer sticks to it and peels off. I have only ever used a damp cloth as instructed, not leaving it in water, but wanted to make purchasers aware of this issue. The rubbers come off very easily over time, and I never realised that this would happen - please beware!

I love the Steven Brown art. We bought the Angus McCoo soft close toilet seat and it was great for three years until the soft close failed. Sadly we can’t access the soft close part of the seat as it’s all sealed in so now we’ve got to fork out for a new one and they aren’t the cheapest. So sadly no five star review on this one.

Love my outdoor cushions, well made and delivered on time

My sister hasn’t been well and she loves cats so she was very happy to receive the biscuits with the cats on the tin. And the panda tin I’m keeping as a treat for myself!

Lovely products but dreadful service. I have a hardly used bag that has a fault but they will not exchange as over a year old. Not interested at all to see the images of clearly faulty stitching.

Kept up to date with delivery information and delivered within the time frame.

I just like the colourful pictures and other items for sale. They make wonderful gifts at Christmas and other occasions. I have bought a bit of everything over the years I have known about Steven brown. I will have something in every room in the house. I do buy more when there are offers buying in advance for a gift or even myself. Life would be a little more boring without Steven Brown.

Fabulous products. I already have a suitcase & canvas print & this time bought some beach towels. The colours are so vibrant & cheery & the towels are a great generous size. No doubt I will be back for more in the future.

Ordered a cushion as a birthday gift and the website states 8- 10 days product will be with you. Waited 10days and nothing, contacted customer service who said it would be dispatched after 8-10days (so completely different to website) - 12 days passed and nothing, so I made a complaint - the next day I received an email asking me to send the complaint to another email address for complaints which I did. Still no cushion, so I checked the tracking number which stated it hadnt left the warehouse - 15 days later still no cushion so I contacted customer service again and told its on its way. 20 DAYS later it arrived and turns out my complaint hadnt even been logged - As I was asked “Can you confirm you wish to make a formal complaint” - Which I am
Sure is illegal when you have made a complaint been asked to send to complaints and its not been dealt with? Also lead in time of over 20 days is disgusting when website says 8-10 days and product will be with you. One of the worst customer services I have encountered- dont log complaints and tell you anything to stop you contacting them. Wouldn’t recommend!

I waited over a month for my purchase to which I emailed twice. On the second occasion I stressed how urgent the order was as it was for my sisters birthday. I received the goods a few days later.

From ordering to receiving my order everything went smoothly,the parcels came on time and in perfect condition.
