The company does not provide all necessary documents to fill in the insurance claim for damage for 2 months already. Not reliable really. What's the use of the insurance, if a customer cannot use it if the rental company is not cooperating?
We went to Crete this month, for 10 days. We rented two almost brand new cars here and had a great experience. However, we had some doubts because we are only 18 years old but it was no problem and everything went well. Great contact, the guy we met after arrival even spoke Dutch and everyone else spoke clear English. We also got a 5% discount by paying in cash. Returned the cars after the 10 days at Heraklion Airport, with the same amount of gas as when we picked them up. They checked them and saw everything was perfectly fine. Can recommend them to everyone going there, even if you're 18 years old! We had a wonderful time, partly because of Sterling.
After Europcar conned us and we left frustrated without a rental, we were received friendly and efficiently by Iris, who helped solve our situation. We immediately received a cute rental car in good condition without much bureaucracy, at a fair price and without ‘scam talk’. I was so happy that Sterling was willing to help. I will forever be grateful. A great rental car company with honest and fair dealings.
