The best insoles ever!

I love the steppers insoles so much that I ordered a second order.They are life changing.I had a few issues with my order.And stepper's came in and rescued me, and I just am so grateful for their product! I tell all my family and friends about em.I cannot be without them! When I put them on, I feel like i'm walking on a cloud.My planter faceciitis feels gone!!

Do not use this company!

I ordered the product early February in UK and they have still not arrived. I have contacted stepprs by email three times and in one email it said they are with Yodel and in the email I received today, it said they are in China at Xinzheng International airport released from customs. I have asked twice for a refund and my request is being ignored. Stepprs are a con and need to be stopped from trading.

Edited review - originally frustrated, then satisfied.

It's a scam, I'm afraid. Ordered online - fake tracking number (dead link) - as others have said, customer service just repeats and repeats that it's in transit, never arrives.

EDIT - it's not a scam. Just mis-leading in delivery times (advertised as 2-4 business days, but actually 3 weeks). But the product seems excellent.

Steppers, scum or just delayed for no particular reason???

I have orderd a pair of insoles on th 13th of February. In the conformation email they wrote
Your order is on the way
Arriving: 4-6 business days.
It should be here on the 23rd of February. it's the second day of March and my order is still China. I don't know the quality of the insoles, perhaps i wont find out, but the service so far is the worst it could be.
My hopes for the quality of the insolesvery are very low........ let's see. Steppers is a scum or just delayed for no particular reason???

Poor Delivery

I'd like to write a review about the quality of the product, however, it's been in transit for the last two weeks.
I've tried to cancel the order but I'm consistently told they are in transit. Although a hand delivered product would be nice I'd appreciate steppers using the normal postage system so the product arrives in a timely fashion.

It is a scam

It is a scam, run away.
Immediately after you order they send you a message that your order is delayed. They then keep repeating this over and over through their fake client services responding only at random hours during the night.

I was hoping for a miracle!

I was hoping for a miracle!! After reading the reviews .but have worked out the only put the good reviews up ! They are just like all other inner soles ive tried .havent helped at all with my plantar fasciitis unfortunately 😔 i think maybe if the had more support in the arch and a bit more padding in the heel ,maybe ! The add shows bothe inners together,i thenk that would be better !

I ordered a pair and just got ripped off,
They slurped the money from our acct, but never sent anything and never sent an email to us or order number.
Just flat out ripped us off.

Awesome Customer Support

I made an order and the soles didn't fit my shoe and then I told them and they shipped me new pair for free! I have already bought multiple times from them and I will continue to do so! I love their soles! ❤️

Do not order

Ordered these said 4 to 6 days delivery… no show

Ordered these said 4 to 6 days delivery cost £20. Had to chase them three times asking about delivery time. The app they said would track didn’t. Finally received them after 15 days. Worm them for past week and can see no difference in pain. They sell the same on Amazon for a lot less. If they did the job wouldn’t mind paying the 20 but they don’t in my opinion offer any help with plantar fasciitis as mentioned in there adds

Simple I bought two pair for my shoes

Simple I bought two pair for my shoes. Wore one pair. My feet hurt worse with them in. I wanted to send back. 90 day money back guaranteed. I spent $35.00 expected $35.00 back but they did a bait and switched only offered me 40% back or just keep them and give them away. The are crooks selling a dream and when the dream doesn't come to fruition they keep your money. Someone should look into to them. If this happens to me how many more this is happening too.
