Wrong size supportive gel inner soles…

Wrong size supportive gel inner soles arrived and stepprs have agreed to send me another 2 pairs provided I just cover the shipping costs of £9.99. These 2 pairs will add to my old previous pairs purchased. They have helped my sciatica and dodgy hip pain a lot.
Stepprs/Purestep customer service has greatly improved recently.

Definitely recommend and feel good 4 the sole

I took on a new job where I was walking 12-15 thousand steps a day and within the 1st 2 weeks my feet and legs were killing me. I came across an ad for these insoles and decided to give them a try, without replacing shoes with something I may not be happy with these insoles did the trick and took away most of the pain and soreness. Highly recommend.

I’d give negative stars if that were an…

I’d give negative stars if that were an option. I ordered these months ago and never received them. Now we are on day 10 of a 4-6 day delivery for the “replacements”!! To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. I’m willing to bet I’ll never see these and pretty much have been took for my $50. Screw this company!!

Avoid at all costs!

Ordered, my insoles 2 weeks ago, and after countless attempts of contacting them, im just flooded with further advertisment emails. If you want my opinion, use another brand, two weeks down the line, and my item is still in China. Awful.

Not sure what the HYPE is

We bought 2 pairs of these my husband lasted about 3 weeks and they made his knees hurt, I lasted about 5 hrs and my feet were so sore I had to take them out. Both pairs are now in the bin

The customer service is merely amazing.

The customer service is merely amazing.
I had an issue with the sizing of my insoles and they sent me new ones with no extra cost.
I am a regular customer and as a Padel coach who spends heaps of time on his feet they’re a game changer. The massage insoles are super comfy and their customer service team is really helpful as well.
Truly recommended

Refund guarantee? Nah FINALLY GOT IT

Did not get any relief from the insoles. Emailed steppers … silence. Left it a couple of weeks & emailed again. In the meantime I’m receiving several emails a week & no response. I was finally contacted by Evelyn who offered me 40% of the original cost ($87.89) which I declined. It’s not what they guarantee they’ll do “full refund no questions asked” so I’ve been answering many of their marketing emails with “EVELYN WHERE IS MY REFUND?” still no response. Ordered & paid 2 January 2026 & finallly received 26 January 2026.

FINALLY got a response from “Evelyn Customer Support” & a notification that a FULL REFUND had been processed. It’s now arrived in my bank account. This purchase will go down in my memories as one of the WORST purchases ever! I believe that “Evelyn” is just a generic name & that ALL responses are computer generated therefore making any appeal is superfluous. NEVER going to recommend this company.

Finally Relief

I spent $1500.00 at The Good Feet Store and they made my feet hurt worse. Stepprs worked within a day or so and my feet do not hurt any longer. I would recommend the product to anyone who suffers from Plantar Fasciitis.

No show

Final update: Finally arrived 17th April. Must say I am shocked at how thin they are but time will tell. I am still using a much cheaper version from a cheap Chinese site that have been doing an admirable job for the last 5 weeks.
Up date: 10th April, received an email indicating a new purchase has been generated, along with a new order number. Delivery 4-6 days depending on location. Fingers crossed
Up date: 5th March, had an email saying my query has been sent to the relevant department!
Confirmation email of order arrived on 17th February with a delivery of 4-6 days. Next email arrived on 21 February explaining high demand caused a delay. Received an email from courier to contact seller on 1st March from which time I have tried the chat bot and emails of which I’ve had no success. I don’t think this is a scam as a friend recommended me getting them, she has arthritis in her feet like myself and has had great success with them. Thankfully I only ordered one pair but I’m incredibly disappointed. I will up date if I have any success but I’m very doubtful.

!!BUYERS BEWARE!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Steppers. I purchased insoles that were advertised as returnable if they didn’t fit. They arrived and were a terrible fit, so I contacted the company to arrange a return. Four emails later, I’ve had absolutely no response.Their customer service is non‑existent, and the return policy appears to be meaningless. At this point, it feels like they take your money and disappear. I’ll be contacting my bank and warning others about my experience. Very poor and unprofessional.

Disappointed customer

I purchased a pair of Steppers on the 15th February 2026. I am still waiting for delivery . I have tried to contact the sellers to find out where they are numerous times either via email or Facebook and never get a reply. I have contacted my credit card company who have now taken it up themselves. All the promises they make are untrue. .
