StellarFi is helping me improve my credit score every month. Their monthly fee is more than reasonable. Customer service is impeccable and accurate. I am a definite fan of StellarFi. So glad I finally gave them a try!
My credit score went up but my bank…
My credit score went up but my bank kept getting unlinked therefore the report to the credit bureau was negative. My credit score dropped 125 points due to glitches with unlinked bank accounts. Don’t use this company!!!!

This website is fake and misleading
This website is fake and misleading! I personally believe they’re only out to get people private information. I attempted to sign up for an account and they asked for various information which I provided. They even asked that I upload my ID and take a selfie, which I also did for them to tell me the account has been denied. Steer clear of this website I’ll definitely be reporting them to the BBB.

StellarFi did not notify me or its members that their partnership with Transunion has been terminated or ended. Therefore, members such as myself StellarFi accounts were removed or dropped from reporting to Transunion causing credit scores to drop significantly.
StellarFi failed to notify its customers of such important information to simply make us aware of what to expect. Yet, StellarFi was to continue charging monthly fees / membership to customers. This is bad for StellarFi and its business manipulating its so called model and promise to help customers build credit or payment history.
Customer service representatives simply contradict themselves when you speak with them raising questions and asking about the reporting issues with Transunion.
StellarFi leadership CEO Executives and all other management knew this was to come about problems with Transunion reporting.
Now someone like myself whom paid membership on time and made payments thru StellarFi account can’t use the payments history or score to purchase a vehicle as planned because of StellarFi failure to meet its model and promise to build credit history.
For a week now no one has reached out to me when this issue first happened with Transunion. I was told it will be escalated to management or supervisor and someone will reach out with 24 hours. No one ever did in that time frame and when I finally I got an email it said ticket # has been resolved yet it was never resolved at all representatives are simply closing escalation tickets or issues without any resolution or solving anything that’s just unprofessional and poor work by StellarFi and its staff.
I have proof of chats / conversations.
I recieved a message stating ticket has been escalated again and someone will reach out (manager).
No one has still reached out via phone or email.

StellarFi customer service is HORRIBLE
StellarFi customer service is HORRIBLE! You don't get a live person, you get a AI BOT that can't help with anything. I've spoken to 3 bots with no resolution to my issue. The bill pay card is being declined and stating it's expired and nothing has been done about it. It's not working for anything but they still want to collect their membership fee. This company and it's customer service is a joke. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

As someone who is trying to build/fix…
As someone who is trying to build/fix my credit I was very skeptical about StellarFi. It just seemed too good to be true. I will say I’ve been with them about 2 months and my credit score made a 28pt jump within the FIRST month! I couldn’t believe it! It was super easy to add my bills (just a bit time consuming) I have not seen another impact on my score since the initial 28pts but again it has only been 2 months and I am optimistic for the future while using StellarFi. I am so happy I took my chance with this company!
Score dropped 92 points! Cust service is a joke.
UPDATE: in response to SF comment on my review.
There was no other factor that dropped my score. I did not have my credit checked ot open or close a line of credit directly before or after the scores dropped. In fact, I added a secured card through open sky and my credit scores increased, which helped since SF tanked my scores. I have since closed my SF account and I caution everyone to read every review you can find on SF before signing up. ALSO Transunion no longer accepts informative from SF... probably bc it knows SF is a scam.
My credit score dropped 66 points on transunion and 92 points on equifax after just 3 weeks of opening the stellarfi account! All bills have been paid off course. That is totally unacceptable!!!
Update: the company's response to this review is ineffectual. A 92 point drop is not understandable under any circumstances.
The company is not reachable through the phone. Only email or chat is allowed. I interacted with 4 different representatives and none of them would help. Each chat session took over 30 minutes. Their customer service is abysmally poor. Their product is harmful. And their response is woefully inadequate. Look on other review sites besides trustpilot and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I would highly recommend StellarFi!! As someone who has bad credit, it’s hard for me to get an unsecured credit card. StellarFi makes it so easy to attach your bills and work on your credit. I’ve only had it about 4 months and I’ve already seen my credit score go up. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

This is a great app if you are not…
This is a great app if you are not financially struggling and maintain a high balance in your account. I live paycheck to paycheck and bills were declining due to other bills running the funds before stellarfi processed the payments. I just am not a fan of the processing times.
