This is a treacherous wallet where you wont be able to get funds back from the wallet. Its truly a scam wallet. I accidently deposited £25 into my qallet when i was purely checking a steam card that i had purchased earlier. It was a pure accident depositing into the wallet and i have tried all channels to get the money out again. The support team are useless. This wallet is a one way dead end...money in no way out. Bloody scam wallet

Bought a gift card at Asda when entered code says redeemed already.
Contacted steam support they wanted my bank details to help me, so came off website. Already lost £20 so not giving bank details!

This is by far the worst website experience I've ever had.

1. When you create an account, there's no proper prompt that leads you to further finalise the account.
2. There is no way to reach support for anything, no matter how dire your situation is.

Unfortunately, I did not do my due diligence before. This has taught me not to rely on appearances.

I bought 2 $50 steam cards. Went to redeem 1 of them. And it said it was already redeemed. I contacted steam customer service for help. Absolutely nothing was done about it. Instead they told me they are not responsible if I gave to a scammer. Which was insane for them to even say to me. As I went to redeem it immediately after they sent it and got messege that it was redeemed. The only scammer I see is the steam company. Who ripped me off $50. I have bought steam cards every month for several months. And not only will I not buy one again from them now I will tell everyone one i know that they scam people unless it's resolved. It has escalated to a team they have now. And they will be reviewing all. I will update my review if any changes on this issue happen. Until then BE AWARE STEAM SCAMS PEOPLE!

I purchase a £25 card for my son he entered the CORRECT number it said "this is an old card" consult your supplier
they are only a third party it was purcheaed on

Steam cards do not talk and there is no way to contact them at his company is taking millions with no respect for its customer

Bought two $50 steam cards that had already been used and not getting any response but telling me to go to a website and ive done that and there isnt a way to create an account. Steam card company has poor customer service and didnt reply to me until i sent 3 emails i will never buy their cards again

Got a £70 (2 x £35) E-gift card
Both card was empty it was apparently used before it arrived in my email

Go to steam gift card for a hundred bucks went to use it code was already taken and went back to the store to try and get my money back they refused to give me my money back tried to get a hold of steam and steam refuse to give me my money or points so don't get gift cards from steam

What a ridiculous company. DO NOT USE PLEASE. More error cards than ones you can use, you're lucky if it's 50/50. Customer service don't care and apoar3 it not their fault so don't give refunds or anything. This company is a SCAM, PLEASE DO NOT USE EVER AND SPREAD THE WORD, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

What crap cards. How come I bought 300$ of 20$ steam and only 120 is good the rest had nothing on it. Steam is stealing money from people...a very angry customer.. beware of steam cards!!

Do not buy. My son purchased a $100 gift card from Woolworths. Entered code, already redeemed. Contacted Steam support who would not do anything about it. Asked for further investigation. No response.

before Christmas I bought a 100$ gift card ... for my girlfriend!!! they send by email a a card code that has already been used!!! I wrote dozens of emails to customer service... they always replied to be patient!!! they didn't reply to my last email.... I lost $100

I believe, this company are working together with scammers...

This was my first purchase from them but I had a great experience and will definitely order again. I also really liked the extent of their security of proving who you are. It took time but is well worth it.

They have always delivered quickly, they also make sure you are who you are by checking your information. They have been good this far. I would recommend to anyone that games.

Ordered three steam cards only got two but money for the three went out my bank account please send the other one or refund money back to my bank account please
