Be very very careful citizens of the world. This company goes around deducting money from cards for which they've not been authorised to do so. When I contacted SteamGames they were so flippant, dismissive and non-chalant about this despite my bank confirming with me that they have a myriad of such cases from SteamGames. SteamGames aka Valve do nothing to prevent this or mitigate this.

I purchased a game in the last month and kept crashing after 10-15 minutes playtime. PaxAugusta, even after been reinstalled it kept showing bugs after bugs; I requested a refund that has been denied as I "Played the game" for more than 2 hours which is the time that the game was keep crashing. I went on the customer service site but it was very unhelpful and not been able to address the issue at all. Very disappointed with this service!!

Just wanted to create and get into gaming as i am an avid fan. i created a profile and chose a very unique name it said it was available then after ive created a password it says my username needs to match the criteria??? IT CLEARLY SAYS ITS AVAILBLE

Cannot give zero which is a shame. First deck sent using Evri, it was “lost” then “damaged” then “lost” again. Replacement sent USING SAME COURIER” and guess what…”lost” again. Customer service just disconnects because “too busy” they are not too busy to keep £600. The definition of insanity is repeating the same mistakes but expecting a different outcome. Maybe the transport, logistics teams could have a think about that. Don’t waste your money buying something that will never arrive

Bought a new laptop and downloaded Steam. Couldn't get Steam to work properly so contacted customer services. They claimed I wasn't installing it properly or a brand new laptop wasn't working. Microsoft technical services spent over an hour remote accessing my laptop to find that there was nothing wrong with what I was doing or my laptop, despite what Steam had claimed. Eventually, Microsoft found the issue in the install script that was downloaded directly from Steam. There was a key file missing that wouldn't allow the Steam launcher to open or initialise any content. After creating a quick work around file to add into the Steam programs folder, Microsoft solved the problem the Steam technical services couldn't be bothered to look into or provide any advice or support.

Poor customer service and a general disregard for customers. I purchased a game which would not work on my system due to programming bugs. Steam refused a refund.

I have never used steam prior to this time. I brought Cine tracer for $89 and used it twice before I was hacked and Cine tracer is making it impossible for me to retrieve my game. At this point I feel robbed and ready to sue because I’m not going another day without what I purchased. They have no one to speak to directly and it seems as customers are NOT their priority at all. I only purchased the game for work purposes.

Its okay, can be slow at times. And the log in verification system can be hell at times. I spent 2 hours trying to verify I was human.

Trying to put deposit down to order console but keep getting rejected, tried to different cards but no luck. To be honest if it’s this much trouble trying to buy one I have no confidence in the reliability of the game or customer support.

Avoid. Do not EVER buy any hardware from these clowns. Apart from discontinuing almost every product they issue, they also constantly release updates that mess up your already owned hardware. And if you reach our to customer support they are useless. I bought STEAM LINK, they issued an update that muted my audio and when I tried to contact the, they said to basically try with Google and Forums. Incompetent.

Trading standards says you have 14 days to get a refund if the game is faulty this 2hr rule is just steams own rule disgusting I can't get a refund on F1 2022 that doesn't work the game is unplayable and shouldn't be on sale vr is rubbish and the gameplay stutters I wanted it to my wallet the money would still go back to steam on another purchase I don't see the problem EA can't do anything or won't if it worked I'd keep the game but it doesn't 😕

I bought a game from the steam. When I tried to start the game it was freezing on the startup page. When I aks for a refund Steam replied that game was playued for more than 2 hour and I will not get a refund. But game never started at all and I have never played trhis game. They just stole my money.

In my 20+- years I have never had a reason to contact them for any reason, just run good.

There have been game GPU lots of issue, but thats not there problem.

I don't know the other people problems might that they use a 3 link? But I know that my way doing just works.

Stealers, they stole money from my bank card

you cant beat steam or any of the software house launchers but steam is legit the best in the game

They took my money which I paid using paypal, after payment they could not supply the down load. Asked for money back and was told it was microsofts problem. They were not interested in solving the issue and instead froze my account for a month. I had done nothing wrong except tried to solve the issue.
