After abit off trouble with getting my parcel delivered due to my mistake off no house number, statsports have contacted me pretty quickly and said they are happy to send me the same order out when it arrives at the warehouse. I’m happy bc they understood I made a mistake and didn’t charge me anything extra to redeliver my order

Had it for just over a year now and it’s a fantastic piece of kit, just recently had a bit of a mishap with it during training and my son took a heavy fall onto it and was badly winded so was on the floor for a while (in a puddle) little bit of water ingress had sadly damaged it but their response dealing with it and sort g a replacement was exemplary, first class product and first class company 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
GPS died suddenly
Purchased GPS, Bra and a long sleeve. All was working properly until it died on its own which I emailed the customer service about. They replied that there is nothing they can do or point in the right direction and they offered me 20%.
I needed some time to save money so I can buy a new one with the new discount to be surprised that the discount has expired and they won’t renew it for me.
Shocking customer service.
Update: This has now been resolved and I have been offered the original 20% back. I upped it to 4 stars as the response was quick.

Purchase arrived all OK
Purchase arrived all OK, then sync issue appeared however Tech Team solved it on the 3rd day after reported the issue with resetting the account. Connection works like a charm, now we are about to test the accuracy of measurement. So far good experiences, however still have to start in real sport environment.

Heart rate monitor
I had bought the heart rate monitor but when it arrived I couldn't get it connected then I read about the product again and it said at the bottom that you can only connect it if you have a gps tracker and I can't get it sent back either because I live in Belgium and it doesn't manage to send back

It’s utter garbage
It’s utter garbage. Just to test it, I turned it on & didn’t move for 10/15mins, then synced it (surprised it synced, as normally doesn’t work) it said I’ve moved 2k. It’s a SCAM.
Awful rubbish that’s completely unreliable data. Non of the sports stars use it. Marketing nonsense. I know loads of people with same issues at club. Will be selling online to some poor unsuspecting person.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Their sizing chart is completely off. We followed their measurements and the size YL arrived enormous. I had to return at my expense $56 and re ordered YS which was tiny! I’m not going to bother trying to return again as it’s too expensive. The company doesn’t work with you even though it’s their error misleading customers with their completely off sizing chart. Waste of our money
In response to your comment - I had to pay $57 for the return! You didn’t offer to exchange for free therefore it was cheaper for me to return and repurchase when it went on sale and sizing was still completely off with new vest. I properly followed the size chart on your website.
