Very happy with my order, it arrived really quickly (to Norway), and there were even some extra items in there. Also really cute packaging.

I ordered month ago and my orders got returned back to Stationary Pal , I'm sending them emails and no one is answering me.

Took 2 weeks to come in
The tracking is terrible
Came with little gifts like teddy bears and aesthetic pens
Packaged very nicely
Low shipping cost - like 5 dollars
All items looked like descriptions

I had a mixed experience. The variety of items is astounding, the prices (at first glance !) seem reasonable, and many items can not be found in local hobby & craft stores. My order was over $100, it fit into a small, but lovely, box. The ship time was over 8 weeks (not as lucky as some who say theirs arrived in 2 weeks), and "communicating" with them is impossible. If you inquire (because the "tracking" they sent produced "nothing", never even showed arrival in U.S.A.), they send a "stock email" telling you you can track on their website, then tell you it has not been delivered, things you already KNOW. Once they sent notice that since it was "in-deliverable" (that was very bizarre as I live in a most recognizable community), it was such a mess and all up to me to try to find out where my order was, no help from them at all, and U.S. post office had no idea, they have never had a problem delivering to my house ! After contacting AMEX for help, about week 9 or 10, my package "arrived" ! The products were all nicely packed, the papers, stickers, etc. etc. are all very small, but I was satisfied with the quality, just not sure I would take a chance to go through it again simply because the attitude AFTER you make a purchase is "communication via email only and all answers are rote, stock answers, that clearly show they do not even READ the customer's question. Giving 3 stars because the paper items were good quality and useful, but as mentioned, the actual size of such things a scrapbook papers is quite small.

I’ve placed 3 orders now with Stationary Pal and have to say I’d have no qualms about recommending them. Branded pens are so much cheaper than elsewhere (altho’ did get one pack of Clickart pens on Amazon as cheaper). They always come with cute little extras too.

I had a really good experience with stationarypal.com, I ordered a small haul of about 20 dollars worth of stickers and paper products, they threw in some coupons and free trinkets. The packaging was adorable and the shipping time was normal for a package arriving from China to the US. About 2 weeks. All the stickers so far have been excellent quality. And I got a lot of stickers for how much I paid. All in all, I’m definitely going to order from them again.

I hate their service. they scammed me, I ordered a box of ball pens and what they delivered were cheap quality ball pens

I ordered a bunch of stationary back in February and all together it costed $100. Six months later the package still hasn't arrived so I contact them to ask where it is :

We have reached out the logistics regarding your order.
The logistics advised that your package had failed to be delivered, the package returned to the local logistics facility on March 8, 2022.
And was later on disposed of by the logistics.
We can't proceed with refund, store credit or replacement since the package wasn't returned and was disposed of by the logistics.
