Scam – Do Not Buy
I’ve been on Willow semaglutide tablets for over two months, and I am extremely disappointed. Not only did I experience no weight loss, but I actually gained 3 pounds. I paid nearly $900 for this product and feel completely scammed.
Unlike what’s advertised, I didn’t experience any of the typical side effects associated with semaglutide. In fact, I feel like it made my appetite worse. For a medication that is marketed as a weight loss aid, the results have been the opposite for me.
At this point, I strongly believe this product is not what it claims to be. I would absolutely NOT recommend Willow semaglutide tablets to anyone.

I believe this organization is not…legit
I believe this organization is not legitimate. I used them for six months and I never could talk to a human doctor. They always gave less than the dosage than they committed to and I paid for. They would raise the price every month but still send less than they committed toI don’t think the medicine was actually the compound that I was prescribed because I had terrible Reactions to their medicines. When I reached out about my complaints, no one responded to me within 2 to 3 weeksI’m now working with another organization who within the first week that medicine and compound works perfectly. I’ve worked with a doctor. This organization is charging more and is not legitimate. please do not use this organization. I think that they are dangerous. It is not worth it. please spread the word.

The semaglutide they sell is placebo
The semaglutide they sell is placebo. It does nothing to help with weight loss or curbing cravings. I took it as prescribed for over 2 months while on a sensible, healthy, low-sugar, low processed food diet along with exercise and I actually gained weight. I have used compounded semaglutide before with a different company but decided to try one that was cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for!! The first round didn't come with any dosing supplies, like alcohol wipes or syringes. They sent in a prescription and I had to pay for them out of pocket. I would not recommend this company.

Easy Process
The ordering process was super easy. The directions for how to do the injections were very thorough! I found it extremely easy to give myself a shot and it didn't even hurt. I am impressed with the communication from Willow as well. This is a game changer for my weight loss journey!

Charged Twice - Not Their Problem
Lackluster customer service makes you feel like you’re talking into a void. My initial experience was less than. Like many others, I was approved and then it was radio silence. 4 weeks after the initial charge to my card, I received my first shipment.
The next few arrived without any problems - but also without any real communication. The doctor kept upping the dose, without any information on my progress. Never asked how I was doing.
I had a few issues obtaining receipts, but ultimately did get them. The CS response time is abysmal. The “app” is a mess.
I received my most recent shipment on 8/20 (having been charged on 8/17). I reached out to my Dr to inform her I didn’t want to increase my dosage and wanted to hold at the current level. She agreed & said she’d make a change to the script for the next shipment. Apparently, this triggered a new order and charge on 8/25. On 8/27, after realizing this I contacted CS and was informed the new order had shipped and there would be no refund. I was advised to “discuss my schedule with my doctor” - which is a horrifically awful response.
At the time of this review im waiting for resolution on a refund. I did not authorize a new order being placed and the error was completely Willow’s.

Took much longer than expected and…
Took much longer than expected and promoted to get the initial shipment. Expected some type of communication or follow up but it’s been over 2 wks and nothing. Hope it is y like this rest of my treatment.

I, initially started with the tablets. These did nothing. Waste of money completely. Willow seems like a ploy to gouge money from its patients.

The oral dissolving tablets had absolutely no effect for me at all and the communication from their doctors seemed pretty canned and didn't offer a clear explanation of my dosage plan over time. To their credit, Willow quickly cancelled my subscription when I let them know the pills weren't working. It seems like a common occurrence that customers are wasting money on these pills with no results.
