I kept on getting my ID rejected by the bank I’ve been with for fifty years and turned to starling. Sorted within minutes. Computer said yes.

8 years of frustration-free banking
Been with Starling since the early days and honestly never had a problem. Really like the layout and everything the app can do, especially next to my old bank that was full of stuff I couldn’t care less about, shoving products in your face with your actual balance almost a secondary thought. Starling keeps it simple. Loads quick too, almost instant when you open it, whereas the legacy banking always had a bit of a delay, 10-20 seconds to “authenticate” before you got anywhere. I am guessing that is a big advantage of being built from scratch rather than bolting an app onto an old bank system. Another big one: legacy banks always seem to have their maintenance “nights” where the app just won’t work for the whole night, but after 8 years with Starling I am yet to see a single one. No complaints from me, only good things to say really.
