Student Visa 500 not lodged on time – severe impact

I engaged stareinaustralia.com to lodge my Student (subclass 500) by an agreed deadline — a critical step for my plans in Australia.
Documented fact: the application was not lodged on time.
Consequences: I became unlawful and had to leave Australia, incurring significant costs (flights/accommodation/logistics), lost income, and managing car/lease/possessions from abroad.
A “remedy” was proposed afterwards; given the seriousness, I switched to another professional and later applied offshore, receiving a refusal months after.
This review reflects my documented experience (emails, receipts, official decisions).
Overall: very negative.
