Very happy with the product. It took a little longer to arrive than stated (Christmas post etc) but their customer service were very prompt and courteous when i enquired and updated me on progress and the product arrived as described. I would recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. Had a few issues, customer services were easy to contact, they responded really quickly and were so helpful.

Do not purchase if you’re American. This is foreign company. They only answer concerns at 3am in the morning. They are worst. $70 for a stack of damn papers I could have printed out my self. No beautiful gift presentation. Find a different company don’t use this if you’re hellbent on a star.

It’s already an abstract gift, not having the proper presentation makes it even more abstract. Wouldn’t refund me, letting my bank take care of them. It’s a waste because of the ghetto presentation that doesn’t look like what purchase or what’s advertised.

I’ve ordered a few times from here and each time has been such a great experience. All the products I have bought have been amazing and have brought so much joy to my family.

Tyler Norman who this star is named after tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident due to a repeat drunk driver.

I pray for healing for Tyler’s friends and family especially for his mother and his little brother that he left behind. I hope they always look up and see Tyler’s star and know that he will always be watching over them. I pray for their healing and strength and comfort in knowing his star will always be there with them 🙏🏼🩵✨

Because you could save the life of someone’s child by not only looking twice and by NOT driving under the influence. 🙏🏼
