When it arrived it was well packaged and was in great shape.

Such a fun bike! Very snappy, just dives into corners but also comfortable for long rides. Tubeless has really taken alloy bikes to the next level. Absolutely worth the wait for the restock!

But I would have expected a little bit more information from your side when I've ordered the bike.
No information came, it all went via jobRad and I think it would have been nice to get some notifications regarding the status etc. from you.

I've already spoken to mgr who called me from your Berlin store.
I want a refund because the shirt was never delivered by DHL, which claims otherwise.
They are both incompetent and liars.
