Myself and my 2 daughters had a family singing lesson today with Anastasia. What an amazing teacher, a beautiful soul, her lesson was exciting and fun and her teaching method is amazing. I highly recommend to everybody.

I have loved my time with Stalybridge Music Academy. They gave me the confidence to actually begin to learn to play a musical instrument at the age of 55. My lessons were fascinating, not just consisting of learning notation but learning to see the colours and expression the composer was conveying. The whole team of teachers showed enthusiasm and a willingness to share their knowledge. Just a great place of learning.

I have two, now adult, children who have lessons here. My son, 18, plays acoustic, electric and bass guitar. He's been coming here since he was 11 ( hoping he's as successful as Ed Sheeran)
My daughter (26) has a weekly glockenspiel lesson. She has cerebral palsy and learning difficulties. She absolutely loves her time at the academy.
Would definitely recommend.

I've found this to be an excellent music school - very good teachers, focused on individual needs, and open to feedback. In my case, I'm severely deaf, and Chris Caton-Greasley has made a lot of effort to work out what instrument I can play

Stalybridge Music Academy have supported my nephews musical interest since attending secondary school right through to college and have helped him pass his music exams. The staff are supportive and patient and well support young people with additional needs. Very inclusive!! Wes is a fantastic teacher. All staff are polite and professional and I cannot recommend them enough.

First lesson on electric guitar for 11 year old daughter, she couldn't be happier with how it went, and is in very good hands with Wez, who really brought her out of herself and seems the perfect tutor!
