There is a big difference between the product that you like and buy in the store and the product that comes home. The sofa I bought was very comfortable in the store. That's why I bought it. But the couch that comes to my home is as hard as marble. After a while, your body aches. Unfortunately, I had great regrets. Managers in the store are not helpful at all. Zero customer satisfaction!!!! Regret!!!!
No one said there would be such a difference between the sofa in the store and the sofa I bought. If this information had been told beforehand, I would never have bought this sofa. Now I have a sofa that I regret every time I sit on it and it makes my body ache.
Paying tons of money and getting lousy service. No one cares about their customers. !!!
