Dealt with Stakelum for a robot eufy hoover about 6 months ago.
The hoover developed issues which can happen.
Despite a bit of initial confusion, Stakelum's store manager Colin dealt with the issue's, he replaced my hoover. I am very grateful and happy with the outcome, I will keep shopping in this family owned store.
