Received an order I placed online today (order placed two days ago). Excellent service.

I was in the market for a cordless vacuum. Went to the "local" HN. Looked at a few .. liked one so went online to check specs. Turns out it was €80 cheaper in Heavins. So walked out ordered online no hassle arrived fairly fast.

Perfect all round service from price to delivery. 100% recommend going here instead of anywhere else. Especially the shops that claim to have a sale on every weekend😉.

Placed an online order last year for a TV aerial splitter. Found out that it was not the splitter that was faulty but the aerial itself.

Cancelled the order and all was refunded so everything was good. About three months later a young wan with an attitude rang me and asked why I didn't collect my order. I told her I cancelled it and it was refunded, why the phone call. She says "will I go ahead and cancel it so?" Then she just said "arigh" and hung up before I could answer.

Please hire some actual living and breathing human beings with brains preferably and some common sense. I know it's Athlone but there should be some smart people down there somewhere.

Very quick shipping. Got a new cordless drill. Cheaper than amazon and was delivered 2 days after ordering. Will definitely use again.

TV and sound bar I bought were delivered by A Post. Both items were left on doorstep and were visible to public all day. When I questioned what would happen if items were stolen I was informed it was not heavins responsibility once the items were sent for delivery . An Post and Garda would have to investigate. Could therefore take years to have items replaced. Would be most reluctant to order from this compassion

We bought a robot vacuum before Christmas which unfortunately had a technical fault and stopped working the next day. Celine arranged a return without any hassle. We subsequently ordered a different make of robot and didn’t expect it before Christmas but on Christmas Eve it arrived. No hassle with this model. It’s great to be able to speak to a person as opposed to an automated machine or via a chat facility to get a matter resolved. Heavins provides a family run service, they are trustworthy, efficient and genuinely put the customer first. I never heard of this company before but will use them as the first option going forward. Thank to all who resolved our issue.

I ordered 2 large appliance and a small wooden Ornament. They all arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the ornament was damaged, these things happen, so I emailed and got a reply very quickly from Celine who sent a link to post it back free of charge for a replacement. I received an email when the new one was posted out and I received it very quickly along with a chocolate bar. Happy customer and very professional service
