Computer site easy to deal with, clear to understand, and very helpful.

They had the best selection that I could find and the pricing was fair.

The questions I had prior to placing my order was were answered quickly and with knowledge. Very helpful. Parts were shipped and arrived a couple of days sooner than the stated time.

I ordered a Baluster but forgot to choose the correct length!
I sent an email and they quickly altered my orderer and shipped the correct parts.

The customer service was exceptional. I received my order earlier than projected which was great.

I had some questions about my installation and sent pictures of the stairwell and concurrently placed an order. They found the order, reviewed the pictures, and suggested some changes. To top things off the suggestions were less expensive than my initial attempt.

Every part of process was exceptional and easy. The Website is extremely well done and easy to navigate. The shipping was prompt and as stated for the particular products and wood that I ordered. Im still waiting on the small hardware but I have a feeling it will be here later today regular delivery, but didn't feel the need to wait to right this review bcuz or my current experience so far. Not only did I screw up in my ordering of a plowed shoe rail sizing, I also chose to let it go after I noticed it early on and didn't bother to contact them about it. Well low and behold when it all showed up the correction was made for me and the proper size was what I got. Sure maybe I could have wanted the other one for some reason and this might be a problem, but I didn't, it wasnt, and I couldn't be happier. I almost bought the proper but sub par rail at home depot the other day, and I'm so glad I didnt.

I have no experience with there customer service as I have found a need as of yet to contact them, but if experience so far is any indication, then I'm sure there great too. I'm not in the stair business but I do occasionally get a client from time to time that's looking for a remodel or build, and I will definitely be using them again for my next job. This job happened to be for my personal home, and I'm glad I went the way I did.

Ordered cherry railings for a balustrade renovation DIY project. The railings arrived, as specified, on time. The price was excellent, compared to alternatives available on the Internet. Only complaint is that the plow in the underside of the rails was a bit less than the specified 1 1/4 inches, necessitating shaving of balusters.

It was very easy ordering online. I had to contact customer service and got great service as well. I will come back. The items were also very good quality and the price could not be better. Shipping was very fast too. thank you! Great job friends at Stairparts!

The only thing that was positive about my order was the fast shipping. My balusters arrived on time & we were ready to install having already removed the old railing. The 38" balusters that I ordered (and double checked my order to confirm I did not make a mistake) arrived & they were 42". I purchased a primed & painted product that had paint drips, knicks and small particles of dirt or maybe saw dust that were sprayed onto the balusters during painting. The most disappointing aspect of this all, is that I had an unsafe area in my home & did not have the option of sending them back so I spent an entire day cutting, sanding & repainting 30 balusters. Very disappointed. 😡

Everything was delivered in a timely manner. And all of the parts were correct and of good quality.

Tom at Stairparts USA was extremely patient and helpful on the phone to help refine the details of my order. There were a couple design details I hadn't completely thought out for my railing project, and he helped me revise my order to make it work. All items arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I did, however, feel that the shipping cost was quite steep for the size of my order. (Nearly 25% on top of the total cost of the items.) Overall, though, I'm very satisfied.

Excellent customer service. Helped me to order correct parts while we were on the phone. Everything arrived just in few days by UPS Ground. Quality of the stainless steel stair parts great, absolutely what I was hoping it will be.
Too bad I did not discover this website a year ago while was rebuilding larger staircase in my house. Highly recommend.

No problem ordering my spindles. Fair pricing, plenty of options to choose from and arrived 3 days after I ordered. Have already recommended to a friend. My staircase is complete now.

I ordered flat shoes for square balusters and even emailed customer service to ask if the set screw came with the shoe and they verified it was included. I have 96 flat shoes without set screws. The flat shoes are very nice though.

Accurate, beautiful, and quick!

Good website. Easy order execution and good shipping. Only issue I had was the newel posts I ordered were wrong. This caused me to have to get a shipping label from StairPartsUSA and bring the package back to FedX. Project is now behind schedule, still waiting for correct newels. Ughh
