Mattress protector failed.
Mattress protector failed.. not a big stain on the mattress but having spent so much on the mattress protection I expected more.
They did answer after world of beds for intouch having initially ignored the complaint. Sent it off to them in April it took them 2 months to test. I only believe they did because i chased. Showed a video that didn't look like the stained protector I sent at all and tested it using a spray bottle of water.. I don't know how spills and accidents happen in your home but I don't tend to do a gentle spray!!
Dont bother paying the extra money just get a basic protector it will save the same and they aren't going to clean you mattress anyway.
Here's hoping they at least return the protector (ideally the one they tested) I will update you if they don't.

Denied paying an accidental damage…
Denied paying an accidental damage claim for some structural damage that was clearly accidental (slight slip when I was looking under the mattress and caused some framework damage). I was sold the policy under the assurance that accidental damage was provided, and was very disappointed that when the time came any excuse was made to deny repairing or replacing the framework as needed. Do not buy insurance cover from this company.

Good communication throughout. Good customer service. Nigel the Technician did a good job on the repair and was friendly. Cannot tell it was ever damaged by our 7 year old. Would highly recommend.

If you take out stainguard insurance …BEWARE
If you take out stainguard insurance for your carpet make sure you know the small print. Coffee was spilled on the carpet by a tv installer but they wouldn’t pay out because the damaged was not caused by us. Also we tried to clean the carpet ourselves and so there was a delay in us claiming, not within the 7 days. Make sure you have all the details from the supplier. Personally I would not trust this company. Should it matter who causes the damage. Just trying to avoid payout. We never received an acknowledgement for signing up nor terms and conditions. Any decent insurance company be it house or car sends you information, these don’t. You can’t even speak to them, BEWARE

Ink stain on armchair.…
The self selection of appointment worked well and a reasonable time slot of 08:00 - 13:00 allocated. A call to narrow down the arrival time would have been helpful, but the pleasant and polite technician swiftly identified the cause of the stain to the chair and was able to restore the fabric as new.
Overall a very satisfactory experience.
