Speedy delivery.

I ordered two wreaths the week before Christmas. I had a phone call to confirm and check the order and it arrived two days later. Fantastic company.

Shopping experience was a disaster both…

Shopping experience was a disaster both on mobile phone and computer.
I contacted their customer service team to explain their system’s inability to complete a transaction. While they apologised they did nothing to remedy the matter.

Packed with care

Item was a glass plate that was so carefully packed that when the box arrived with a ding in it, ironically through the fragile label(!), the plate was completely undamaged. Many thanks!

Expensive delivery

Ordered an over the bath airer .
Charged £14.99 for delivery (very expensive) .
Item can wrapped in cardboard open at both ends .
Definitely not worth the delivery fee
