I bought a Win 11 Pro key, it didn't work but Elizabeth sent me another one after some troubleshooting didn't help.

Excellent Service after Sale

Having trouble installing MS Office, I contacted support so they responded within an hour with detailed instructions to delete then reinstall the software. Along with a great sale price for the software, the service component provided welcomed additional value to me.

Great customer service. Great deals.

Bought a Koofr lifetime and had to contact customer service about a tax issue with my purchase. They responded very fast and resolved the issue to my 100% satisfaction. Very good customer service. Good platform to buy. Good deals. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my lifetime subscription after a system change, and I temporarily lost access to my account.
I contacted support, and I have to say the experience was excellent. The team responded quickly, followed the case step by step, and coordinated directly with the merchant until the issue was fully resolved.
I was guided through the reactivation process clearly and professionally, and everything is now working correctly.
Even though I had to recreate the account, the support team ensured that my subscription was restored properly.
What I appreciated the most was their patience, kindness, and dedication to solving the problem completely, not just partially.
Highly recommended customer service.
I truly appreciate the support and the respect shown during the whole process.

Scam against Customers

One star for the support actually getting back to you.

The second star for the lifetime deals.

But a deduction of 3 stars because most of the products offered in digital tools are third-rate.

The support clearly and demonstrably stands behind the product owners, customers have no value, they are lied to, even the illegal use of others’ IP is demonstrably offered, and then they want a credit system so they don’t have to process refunds for all this deliberate scam and nonsense.

Legally, I assume this is not as legal as StackSocial thinks.

My conclusion: Save yourself this StackSocial platform from Stackcommerce and invest in fully-fledged, up-to-date tools. A monthly subscription (if necessary) will get you to your goal much faster. Not everything that glitters is gold.

I had a problem activating windows

I had a problem activating windows with codes that would not work. The company kept sending me two more codes and the third one finally worked. They stayed on the case until the situation was resolved.
That made me respect them as a company that doesn't
abandon their customer after the sale is made.I would buy from them again.

The 30 day money back guarantees that…

The 30 day money back guarantees that most companies offer on their products does not apply to stack social. You can buy a product from one of their vendors who offers a 30 day guarantee for a full refund. However, if you buy it through stacksocial they will only give you a store credit so piece of mind order directly from the vendor and not from stack social because of the software doesn’t work for you you are screwed. You have to buy something from them because they will only give you a store credit.
