Steve and Claire shot our wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment we met, Steve put us at ease and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. He really listened to our vision, so receptive to ideas and really got to understand us and what we wanted. On the day, they were both incredible; creative, calm and friendly. They got every single photo we asked for but remained discreet and unobtrusive. The end result was an absolutely stunning gallery that left me speechless. Not only did they document the day exactly as I imagined, they captured the emotion and who we are as a couple perfectly.

Steve shot our wedding in June. Not only was he fantastic in the build up to the wedding, making the organisation very easy, Steve did a fantastic job on the day, making us and our guests feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable.
We've now received our photos and we couldn't be happier, they are absolutely stunning and even better than we'd hoped.

We actually used him because he had already done a family wedding, so we knew he was going to be great, and he didn’t disappoint.

With every interaction we have with him we were always struck by how kind he is. Steve also has such a calming nature (especially helpful on the day), and his expertise and passion for what he does is very evident.

From start to finish Steve was exactly what we were looking for in a photographer - responsive, easygoing and just a fabulous photographer! He arranged for a bespoke package that suited our wedding day which included a pre-wed shoot. I thoroughly recommend this - lovely photos but also an opportunity to meet Steve, get to know him and plan the photography for our day. This really helped us feel at ease as we got closer to the wedding. We got married in February - so the weather was always a risk but we both felt Steve had a plan for all eventuality and he was communicative in the run up. On the day he arrived early and just slotted in - he knows most of the local suppliers (we got married in Burford) so that makes things easy too. He also worked fantastically with our videographer. We never noticed he was there except when we were chatting away to him - such a nice guy. His second photographer was also lovely and captured so many nice candid pictures. I believe his personality and style really got the best possible images from two people who aren't thrilled to be in front of the lens! The photos we have received are stunning - we couldn't be happier. They were easy to share with our guests and we have had so many compliments - most how they really capture the essence of the day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve - book him you won't regret it!

Absolutely incredible experience using Squib, Steve was phenomenal throughout from booking to being there on the day. He was so friendly and professional and a joy to have around, he blended into the background and not once did I feel I had a camera in my face which was so nice. Steve was incredible to work with leading up to and on our wedding day! He understood that we wanted lovely pictures but didn’t want to miss the party either. He captured all the key moments without any fuss, and had us back to the party in no time! He instantly put us at ease for the couples photos, and managed our long list of friends and family pictures smoothly and quickly. The quality of the pictures are incredible, we are so happy with them, and now have the difficult job of deciding which ones go on the wall - there are so many great ones to pick from! We booked Squib Photography for our August 2023 wedding and we are so happy with the final photos. The whole day was captured amazingly from beginning to end.
Half the time we didn’t even realise Steve was there as he had taken so many natural shots of us and all our guests. All of whom have said how amazing these photos are.

Amazing wedding photos and service!!
We were so incredibly happy with all the wedding photos Steve sent back to us- we have had many compliments from the wedding guests too. We really liked Steve's relaxed approach on the day. He took so many great, candid photos of the guests- which captured the mood of the day so well. We also had a pre wedding shoot (which we would recommend) which allowed us to talk through timings and any particular shots we wanted on the day. This made our wedding couple shoot go very smoothly and we were able to return to the wedding quickly- but still had the most amazing photos from it. Because of Steve's experience, we have got fantastic photos which have been edited to the highest standard. Thank you so much!

From our initial call, to meeting and having our pre-shoot, the run up to the day, and our wedding day itself, Steve was honestly fantastic.

He is very organised, which meant that we felt really confident that our photos would be excellent on the day. This also meant we weren't worrying about it in the run up - Steve had a list of the photos, which he was prepared to shoot well in advance. Trust me, taking something off the list of wedding worries is priceless!

On the day itself Steve was exceptional. He managed to strike that perfect balance of capturing the most important shots, but not getting in the way of the day's events. In fact, for many of the photos we barely even noticed he was there, and for more posed photos, he was a calm and professional influence. This is all so important, as your wedding photographer is someone you spend most of the day with! We enjoyed spending time with Steve on the day, and he also got on well with our other suppliers.

When it comes to the photos we received, Steve sent across a great selection, with all the pre-agreed shots included and more. The quality of the shots was also fantastic, and we've thoroughly enjoyed looking at them ever since. We were unfortunate to have a thunderstorm in the evening, but Steve was fantastic, and ensured we managed to get some incredibly dramatic photos as the storm rolled in - we would have missed this opportunity otherwise! He also suggested that we went to take some other photos with some white umbrellas, which are also some of our absolute favourites.

To summarise, I wholeheartedly recommend Steve, he's a lovely guy, and a real professional, who has shown us nothing but exceptional quality throughout.

Couldn't recommend Steve enough! I've worked with Steve a few times now and he is one of the most reliable, communicative, friendly and easy-going photographers I know. He has a true passion for the industry and it shows in the work he produces.

Steve was absolutely brilliant, as our wedding photographer. We opted for an all day package with second photographer and the gallery that he delivered was superb - full of photos that we absolutely love. We had to move our date, due to Covid, and Steve could not have been more flexible or supportive throughout the many changes! Finally, the prints we have purchase have all been lovely, and our families have really enjoyed these. Suffice to say, we could not recommend Squib Photography more highly!

Steve captured truly beautiful photos of our wedding day. He was professional, friendly, and very open to the style of photos we wanted - in particular that we wanted lots of natural light and greenery in our pictures. We would highly recommend him as a photographer!

Steve was a brilliant photographer. He captured our wedding day perfectly with natural and candid shots just as we wanted. He is also such a lovely man and we were very comfortable with him. He was professional and knew the best spots for photos at the venue. We have had loads of compliments on the photos from our friends and family. Steve did the most wonderful job of capturing our wedding. We were so excited to see the photos and were not disappointed! Steve photographed my sisters wedding back in 2017 so we knew how professional, friendly and accommodating he is, plus how gorgeous the photos were, so we had no hesitation in booking him for our wedding in June 2020. When we had to reschedule Steve made sure he was available for us and when we finally got married in September 2021 he did not disappoint! The photos are incredible, I can't stop looking at them, every moment captured!
Steve was flexible in arranging our pre-wedding shoot too as we were travelling from the North East, and he made us feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.
On the day of the wedding he was dressed smartly, was polite and friendly to all the guests and unobtrusive, meaning you hardly know he is there, but somehow managing to not miss a moment of the day! He was able to grab us for couples shots throughout the day without it being too time consuming but meant we have so many lovely photos.
