I've been using SpyX for a while now, and it's been super reliable. No glitches or crashes or anything! It just works, which makes me feel good about using it to keep an eye on my kid's phone.

This software is seriously impressive! SpyX can monitor over 30 apps - even all the popular social media ones - which lets me see what my kid is up to online easily.

IT DOESN'T WORK...you won't get any support or a refund...I really wanted to believe it would. Company is not trustworthy. Don't trust people promoting ethical hackers that leave a name, email or link.

The SpyX customer service team is the best! They are so helpful, professional, and responsive.

* UPDATE - they provided a 75% refund. (stating the reason for the refund request was not valid... the software not working as advertised.

This software does not work as advertised. Not even close. It shows no app information, no calls, no texts, no browser history. Only extremely delayed email data. That is not what was advertised.

I requested refund - no reply at all.

There is no way to cancel your 'subscription' either. At the very least - provide a way for people to cancel this fake service.

SpyX is so easy to use! The interface is really clean and simple. Even though I'm not very tech-savvy, I was able to figure it out without a problem. I love that I can see their location in real-time - it gives me such peace of mind!

I used this a few years ago and it worked flawlessly. So I thought I'd give it a try again. Complete crap. I don't have access to half the things it claims I should. It says the account is logged onto 6 different devices which I know is not true. It's just a mess. Just s way to get people to put out money they don't really have.. when support does reach out to you they just tell you the same information over and over and over. I can't see one text message. One phone call made it received. No gps. No social media. Nothing. I'm so I'm upset I even kept trying and waiting and thinking it would just show up. Now my time is almost up and I have nothing to gain from this stressful situation.

Lying on their website claiming to have a 4.8 Trustpilot review when they infact have 3.0 with majority of reviews being 1 star. Immediate red flag for me when a company uses deception to lure people to handing over money. Glad o checked here first.

UPDATE - Not sure what the company's response is all about. Facts? The facts are that you are displaying false information on your website regarding your TrustPilot rating...that there is the actual fact.

It clearly said no accesses was needed to the target phone , big LIE. SCAMMERS.

After I purchase I get the information that you DO have to INSTALL an app to monitor all the features. Since they refuse refund I wanted to at least try the few features I can with connect via Google account but they didnt make that possible on my dashboard until there was only four days left of the month I payed for.
It uploaded just some photos and sms then nothing more. Nothing more after that even when i pushed update. This is crap and I have tried many.
Not working, no answer or refunds. Just nothing!

SCAM....DO NOT PURCHASE.....I purchased this back on July 2nd and NEVER received an email to download the application, I tried to initiate a chat with customer service and repeatedly got a message that no one was available so I submitted two emails. I never received a response and never received a refund for my initial purchase. One month later I received a second charge. I emailed and requested to be refunded and sent a full explanation, then I got an email asking why I should be refunded. This is a scam to steal your money.

Gave it a try and it’s very challenging trying to get any information from the phone with thier software. All my emails have been ignored and had to switch to instagram where I found the help of real.checkers useful and messengers, all deleted messages I can track with more and I didn’t have to touch his phone so it’s a good choice I made than stressing with this company poor customer service and unprofessional service

SCAM!!! Stay away, they ripped me off, and will do nothing about it. I reported a claim by my bank, try that, this a fraud company!

Spam. They take money but programs not working. Stilling from customers. PayPal not helping to take money back.

Their system never update and nobody reply your claim. They are selling dream ! Do not waste your money ! If you did, dispute it. It’s a trash and scam..I do respect if the job done well. Today 7/27 - and the app still at 5/25. On the website says real time ? It’s only real thing is this app is not worth it any penny. When I asked refund they offer me half of the price that I paid.

I just purchased this product it said that you would not need target phone easy to install.and 100% undetectable. Lies after a hour snd a half of justvpaying for it you have to have target phone and they send a verification number to target phone .

What a waste of money , their system is not updating at all , 5 hours now and messages not showing . Don’t buy this product , read first all the reviews
