Malfunctioning and not letting me log into the app on my iphone and all my attempt to speak with their tech / customer support and no response or a number to call jdrawback@gmail I had to go to for help was honest and polite with helping me access iMessages, his social chats and more I find amazing to track, easy process that don't require risk of getting close to his phone and it's working and I'm see all he's doing

I'm purchasing the screen went blank.
So I purchased again.
Because I didn't know it went through it. Did and now I have 2 accounts. And spyx
Find it hard to refund me back keep asking for my account number in emails and l keep sending my account numbers the 1 account,they took 2 payments for 3 months When I ask for my money back,all they keep asking for is my accounts numbers it's been over a week now

Great at what it does, everything works. You just have to be patient for some things to load, but when it’s done it works just fine. Thank you team.

Gave the app a try after seeing the advertisement online and I paid for the service without reading reviews about thier products and got disappointed bc it keeps shutting down each time I try to access social apps and couldn’t give me any information at all from the phone which the customer service responded that I contact tech team and so I did and got charged again by tech team who is a red flag. Jdrawback at gmail I were I wrote to that after seeing the talks bout it and got a fast response that lead to me seeing call history, all the social apps as promised, and other features which I wanted. The process was smooth and fast with my safety ensured that I didn’t touch his phone for anything relating to this so he don’t know

The software doesn’t work and when I tried to claim it the problem started.

They doing everything to not refund - only lies. They claim it’s against policy, they can only claim portion of it etc.

Even with some agreement of deduction no money has been sent!

Fraud and scam, it what they are.

I've spent couple of hours with the customer service over the slow responding of thier software and how I've been constantly getting wrong information including wrong texts and Gps which I don't know where it's coming from because it's not from the device I paid to track and still no help or real info. jdrawback@gmail.

Is one I find helpful and I'm in full access to her phone from texts to media apps on her phone and it's fast with easy control round all apps to get real and on time informations which I've been getting since I sent an email and got fast response which shows a professional service with honest help that got me satisfied with viewing everything on her phone without taking too much or no risk at all to holding the phone as I'm not always with her and work a long time and far distance that's why she's not fair to me

Their offer was 23 dollars for three months when I decided buy the subscription from my account disappeared 78 euro and I even couldn't install the app in targeting phone they promised refund already over three weeks nothing they scammers be aware

After multiple attempts of trying to get access to the phone with this app and all they provided is wrong locations and data’s from the phone which is not what I purchased it for so I had to send jdrawback@
gmail an email and with honest response and fast delivery I got access to all social apps and real locations of the phone

They weren’t straightforward!!
So many requirements weren’t stated on their sign up process, you would in fact need total permission and clicking certain things on the other phone before it would even syn, and even after you’ve done that, still won’t show anything useful! This has to be the worst experience I had. I saw a couple of ads which lead me to an instagram page that actually aided me in viewing the texts, calls, and other features i wanted. Shanesdiplay absolutely deserves a couple of flowers for responding very fast to my dm’s and guiding me through the whole process of viewing my partners phone. Absolutely worth it!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! The website does not say that you need the target phone full ICloud details and if you do have the target phone full ICloud details, SpyX will send a VERIFICATION CODE to be accepted to the target device.
Now you tell me, how it’s that “easy to spy on someone phone” when the target device needs to ACCEPT a verification code?!!?!?!

I asked for a full refund, so may emails, back and forward, not refund received yet.

Nothing works. They refuse a refund after 2 hours only. "Not enough good reason" they answer . Stay away from it.

Avoid this app at al costs Absolutely a waste of time of a an app nothing is real time. Data is not current and isn't all there texts missing. Never had access to any of the social media side of things couldn't. When asked for a refund was only give a partial refund. Very disappointed

The interface is clunky and not user friendly at all, I have spent couple of hours trying to set it up only to find out that the locations are not real time, plus not all social apps it track with the app always draining my battery. Jdrawback after I wrote to the gmail.
Com and with fast response and honest service to his customers I’m in access to calls, iMessages and ever app on the phone and not me having to risk installing anything on the phone. The customer service is one to speak good of for the ability to solve any issues at hand

Waste of money!!! Data is Not in real time. It doesn’t respond with iPhone very well. Alls I could see was old phone calls, old messages, and old messenger. I backed up the target phone 3-4 times and refreshed the spy x app but gave the same exact data. What a complete waste of my time and money!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The software does not load all of the data. When I contacted customer service to get some type of assistance, do you know what they said? Me either. After - LITERALLY (happy to provide screenshots) 19 emails and more time than for what I can account attempting to contact "Human Services" on their "live chat" BOT, I've received not one response from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. These guys are the absolute worst. I genuinely thought they'd be a great little company as things worked initially but the software failed to pull in all data and instead of being able to get tech support..... Nothing. Useless. I guarantee the supposed 41% 5 star reviews are absolute lies!!

If I could give it less than one I would. The data pulled in then disappeared. Further it’s inaccurate as far as the length of calls. But what makes it the absolute worst is the fact that no one in customer service returns calls or emails regardless to the “24 hours or less” promise.

The program is most certainly a scam!
They did respond quickly to my email about no data available, however it never did produce any results. I’m not hopeful, upon reading further about Spyx, that I’ll receive a refund.
I would strongly urge all to stay clear.

Horrible, lying company that is a FRAUD!

Do Not purchase from SpyX! They do not respond appropriately to emails requesting refunds. They are withholding funds even through there is no mention of doing so in their return policy. Nothing I did to make the app work, worked! My phone constantly displayed warning after warning about installing this app, even after disabling the items they indicate are required to be disabled. Now I am fighting for my money back!! Do Not use them!!

BIGGEST SCAM EVER….DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO PURCHASING.
I’ve had a terrible experience with this app. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I didn’t work for me and I asked for my money back. It’s been 3 days already of constant email reminders and they don’t even respond with the right response. They agreed to a half refund and I’m yet to receive that.
I regret using this app because it completely failed me. Save yourself the money and the headache.

The web browsing history feature on SpyX is a game changer! It's really helpful to be able to see what my child is looking at online so that I can make sure they are staying away from bad stuff.
