paid online, received no service its fake chinese company

I bought this software 24 hours ago the target was android Xiaomi Mi9 lite, this issue is this software it didn't work at all, I generated many technical help & requests I got no help, so I deactivated and uninstall it, my subscription is for 3 months still waiting to get technical help how to make this software working on the target phone

Great app easy to use and access also great customer service location features worked perfectly nice one

The application is partially functional, all options are lie, do not answer to clients' problems, a lot of lies ... they are not serious
I sent 10..15 emails to them .. for a month I still send emails, I have problems. with the application, does not work key log..not running app screenschots ... they do not answer, the phone has root .. after i did abdate to the new version is no longer working
I am very disappointed about this application, customer support does not exist
I paid $ 189 on an application like any other much cheaper, I repeat is partially functional
voIP , voIP Recording , Live Listening , Emails, Spoof SMS , sms alert, ...they never worked

I'm so amazed by this product, after sending so long surfing the internet so that I could keep track of my children when they are away from me I finally found something legitimate! It's expensive but worth every penny! You have to spend money to get legitimate services. Being able to track my children's messaging so that they're safe us a dream come true for any parent!! Location tracking monitoring the web searches, I'm just so grateful!

Welll my experience with Spyera is good overall. They have very good software and in the marked for very long time. I agree with other users about support. The support side definitely need some improvement.
I would give 5 start if they response to my ticket little bit extra fast.

Am already an spyera user from two year, the thing I don’t love it that when you need any support no body help you, two times they withdraw money from my visa without any reason, I already renew my account but they again withdraw money,, no body answer me on email when I call no answer on phone..I didn’t choose auto renewal, that is soo bad to Be ignored.

Do not buy this product ! While I cannot speak for how well it works because it was impossible to install on an iphone 6. Customer service is nonexistent. I purchased the top of their line product. Nearly 400.00 and could not install it. (Yes every effort of jail breaking with cydia etc was tried) so i requested assistance. 3 days later I get an email. I respond requesting a refund. Waited 5 days for a response. That email said I had to request a refund thru another link which I did and it took 3or 4 days and a response came saying you have been issued a refund.and that if I didn't see it refunded in 7 to 10 days to respond.to that email. Which I did. Because guess what. Right ,no refund. And they refuse to respond. So i send them an email every morning to remind them I am out of 400.00 !!! Do not waste one dull dime on this product. You have been warned and I should have known better

DO not ... I repeat Do NOT do business with this Chinese company... I tried to cancel my contact and to receive a refund because there is no support for IOS 11.2.5 and they refuse to even answer my email request ... rip-off ... scam ... thieves !!! Do not waste your money! It doesn’t work. It’s just a waste of money ! Trust me on this.

I bought their spyera package of 189 USD for 3 months, but soon after installation it started showing me the license expiry date just 1 month after the purchase. Though they delivered the content promised earlier, just after 28 days of purchasing the software, the website started giving amusing error messages like "Connection refused by the Server
" and "Website not found" with all my other data consuming applications functioning normally and I had balance of more than 1 GB data charged on my number. I have written twice to the support team, now lets see when they reply and give a satisfactory solution. Once I get the solution in a timely manner, I will accordingly increase the number of stars as Rating.

I am not tech guy. I had some difficulties to install the app. I send an email to Spyera support team. The help me immediately. I was typing wrong download url. I installed the app successfully on my son's iPhone.

The software works great. I can't believe it. It is like on a movie. Seriously this app is more then 007 movies.

I strongly recommend Spyera if you are looking professional spy app
