An absolutely horrible experience was what I got when i purchased this out of hopes that I’ll be able to view the features accurately as they claimed on their website. But after getting this I realized late that this product was absolutely limited and worthless. It didn’t function close to how they described. In fact most of the data they asked you to input is unrealistic, if I knew all that would I still need them?
From when I installed it , it was absolutely difficult to navigate and when I had sorted everything I couldn’t get a single accurate information. Absolute waste of time it was.
I needed to view accurate features and wenfonesoIution that I got to know off search and good talks, guided me through viewing what I wanted much easily. Right on instagram,after I had mesaged them, they kept me on track through it all and made sure I got what I wanted!

I wish there was a possibility to give zero or even negative stars!!

When you try to cancel any subscription you are in for a loooooong fight! I have been trying to cancel it for 5 days straight now but have not gotten any reply yet. The only way of reaching them is through an AI bot that just sends you in circles.
I have contacted my bank to stop the payments but these are just criminals wanting to scam you so STAY AWAY!!!!

If u ever allow ur subscription to lapse u will not get access to ur old data when u resubscribe.

U will however get lots of promises and emails sending u in endless circles but without progressing anything.

Borderline scam

They stole money from my bank account without my permission, 89 euro ! They never answered to the emails !!!
I canceled the app some months ago because was never working and now they again took fraudulent money from my bank account!
Stay far away are really rubbers , we should all find a way to recover our money, if someone has some idea or find a way please let us know !!!

After paying for one year that gave only one month service.

I after repeated mail and message no one from customer care respond.
I have been mailing since last 3 day's no response not even in chat box or mail.

But this worked excellent for one month

Canceled the payment toward them IN JANUARY after realising that i need a jailbreaked iphone to use it(no where before purchase they informed me about that)
In OCTOBER they took money from my account without my permission.
They stopped replying to any email or chat.
I filled a complain to the police and will go further with this!
Stay away from them!

This is such an unreliable service. I paid so much money for it plus 40 more dollars so they can install it on the iphone without me having it physically. And then they started to say that there is a new update on the Iphone and that's why they can't do it so I need to pay more for their service or they can't do anything. They prices are way too high and totally not worth it. I said I wanted my money back and then the guy answered he will inform the billing team. One week later still no reply even though I contacted them so often already. So they just stole 129$ from me for nothing in return. This is simply a scam!!! Don't let yourself get fooled by them.

I bought the program a week ago there is still some hairs but I'm get them taken care of. I love it a great example bing tonight my girlfriend, a friend and I were separated and I used it to track them down. At first my girlfriend was mad because I was secretly tracking her but tonight she found a great purpose for it, now she praises it. I'm not using it to spy on anyone but more for a tool then anything else how ever some people think I can read minds, these are good friends who won't care.

Spyera service doesn't work, they never give me a refound, they just ignore me, don't use Spyrea services they will take your money and you will never see them back, they are very expensive.

Total Scam. I asked for a refund within 24 hours of my purchase and I was promised that it’ll reflect in my account in 7 working days. It has been 2 months now I haven’t got my refund.

This product only partially works. Many of the features don’t work and they take no responsibility to assist. I’ve seen disclaimers saying they can’t keep up with phone software updates or that the features will not work if you don’t jailbreak your phone. Unfortunately that’s not all and the issues seem to be THEIR software; recorded phone calls don’t have a service for playback in the U.S. so this feature is useless. Emails downloaded with this software are from years past rendering the data obsolete. Worst of all, the features that do work only work when they activate your service. I purchased a two year 3-license plan but they initially set my expiration just weeks after purchase and I spent months trying to reach them for assistance or refund to no avail. One day, without any response, my expiration date had been extended to one year post purchase; so now it’s expired AGAIN but shouldn’t be for another year. The expirations for the other two licenses is the same so here I am again, unable to use ANY of the features. So irritating. For $700 I have had no customer support, intermittent service, and only partial functionality. Total scam. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Requested a refund the same day after purchase. Received an email that the refund request was received and would be processed if received within 10 days. I never received a refund. I sent an email inquiring about status and got nothing back. I also can't get an agent to assist on chat which supposedly takes less than four minutes. The software did not work, which is why I requested the refund on the same day.

Misguided and fooled.

I have installed Spyera on a windows Pc for testing purposes and this device is with me. However system says it can’t get any data. They told me the service is uninstalled. Well, big bag full of lies all together. And they took my money for a new subscription. But they will do that only once ofc.

DO NOT subscribe, I repeat, DO NOT purchase this service unless you enjoy the feeling of being intentionally ripped off.

Very bad! Don't be fooled! I have bought the Windows monitoring tool, but I can't see any information on chrome! And my account is disabled for no reason! The team just ask me to report the issue again and agian！ But not solve the issue !!!! I am so angry!!!!!!

I purchased Spyera with not really educating myself enough first. I wanted something solid that I could monitor my kids phone use for predetors out there. The Spyera Help Desk team was really great and quick to respond. I had lots of questions and they were right there to help. As I got further into the install, I realized that what Spyera had to offer wasn't quite what I was looking for right at this time. I requested a refund and they were quick to understand and got my refund to be in just a few days! Thank you Mark and Robin (& Spyera!). I will come back when I am ready for you guys!!

Didn’t work and I was unable to get a full refund. Took out a single months subscription to initially see if the product a was s what I needed, I got charged again the following month even though I hadn’t been able to successfully activate the product. Went online and waited ages for a response. Still waiting to hear about my initial refund.... so far nothing ! Really unhappy with the whole situation.

Dont trust anyone who let you pay with bitcoins its al fake!! Been scammed so many times
