SCAM SCAM SCAM. ORDERED Dog BEDS received A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES …. Then they tell me item has been delivered which means I cannot fill out a report etc with the courier because it is NOT a lost parcel !!!
I usually always check on Trust pilot but did not this time Silly me. Will be lodging complaint to credit card company. Hopefully these people will suffer badly It’s called Karma !!!

This company is a SCAM! All you get is excuse after excuse regarding delivery time and then all you get is socks.
I claimed back on my credit card so it’s Sprintlgs loss on this one. How they keep getting away with posting as a shop goodness knows.

Didn't get even socks like others...ordered and paid for 2 beds for my nephews when visit and b we en a month and nothing....WHAT SO EVER...STAY AWAY ANYONE THAT READS ALL OUR REVIEWS...

WE NEED TO GET THEM SO THEY DONT KEEP GETTING MORE & MORE PEOPLE....ANYBODY IN AND IDEAS ON WHERE TO START BESIDES COMPLAINT TO FACEBOOK FOR HAVING THEM AS THEIR AD'S AS WELL AS PLAYSTUDIOS THAT SAY THEY VERYIFY EVERY AD THEY USE BUT NOW IN 2 YEARS BEEN SCREWED TWICE SO PLAYSTUDIOS/MYVEGAS ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS OF CHECKING REAL CONTENT LIKE SAY THEY DO AS WELL IN GOOGLE PLAY STORE..... BUT THEN A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB ON THEM TOO...HELL EVEN MICROSOFT SHOULD BE PENELIZED SINCE THEY STARTED THEIR NEW 2 ID SECURITY STUFF, ALL IVE SEEN AND HEAR ABOUT IN LAST 2 MONTHS IS PEOPLE GETTING JACKED OVER....SMDH@ALLTEM!!!!!!

I ordered my product on the 3rd February and I’m still waiting. They have now stopped replying to my email requests for delivery updates.

SCAM SCAM SCAM is the only thing I can say. Thankfully after filing a dispute with my credit card company back in February, I just received my purchase amount back on my card. People fight this with your credit card company, you will only get socks if you order. This company is disgusting. Oh and if I could give no stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars I would ! THEIR S SCAM! Have been waiting 2 months ghey say delivered snd I have recieved nothing! They say delivered to post office which is a LIE! They keep offering me 15% of nothing SCAMMERS BUYER BEWARE

Same as everyone else, received socks, no bed and no money back. I paid on my credit card so will try a charge back. Anyone had success on their credit cards for a refund??

Same thing happened to me. I ordered a dog bed and they sent me a pair of socks.

Got ripped off like everyone else but I’m disputing the charge and I’m going to ask a hacker friend for help 😊

WISH I CHECKED THIS WEB SITE OUT , I GOT MY DOG A BED EVEN PAID INS ON IT AN 2 DAYS AGO I WAS SENT 2 PAIRS OF SOCKS AN TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BUT GETTING NO WERE IAM 74 YEARS OLD AN IVE JUST LOST 28 POUNDS

Total scam. Ordered human dog bed and got socks. Shipped and charged for another, got nothing. SCAMMER ALERT

Exactly as the last customer? I ordered 2 dog beds, the item they sent me tracking for which I received was 2 pairs of socks!’ AVOID SCAMMERS

Ordered from this place, paid extra to expedite. It’s been awhile and still haven’t received my product

Instead of getting a dog bed. I received socks!!! I highly doubt that I will be receiving any refund after months of back & forth emails since January until now!

I placed an order from them and wish I would have paged down farther on Facebook and read on here the reviews before I placed this order. They are fraud. I, too, received an email from Vanessa. I alerted my bank yesterday and they removed the pending transaction. I also locked my card so this could not go through if they tried again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but pure fraud. They originate in China. They send fake tracking info.

I placed an order for a human dog bed and then read these reviews like 30 mins later and emailed them immediately and their response was sorry we have already shipped it. RUBBISH!! I have reported it to my bank to the fraud department. How are they allowed to get away with this?

Three months ago I placed an order and paid for three large dog beds. I’ve contacted the company because they’ve never arrived. I’m not at any point if I try to get back to me. They are a complete rip off organization. If you see the ads on Facebook, avoid at all costs.

I ordered a dog bed as well and got socks... i was a lucky receipient in the email they keep telling me the shipment is on route now stuck in customs.. 3 months later no dog bed.. I filed a dispute with the credit company.. not done with this company.. SCAM SCAM SCAM email is now bouncing back... go figure . Going to find everywebsite they do business and report them

i also ordered a nesting bed and received socks...very dissappointing...i didnt know where the socks came from until i read everyone else post

I ordered a dog bed, this never arrived, they haven’t refunded and it seems they are just a scam company. They advertise on Facebook, beware.
