Nice presentation and informative good quality and servicing

Absolutely delighted with both product and service. A special thanks to Jodie for her patience and her guidance in helping both my Husband and I choose what turned out to be a perfect match for us. The whole experience was everything you could hope for from a good, old fashioned, honest family business. Nothing was too much trouble. Also comforting to know is that the suite comes with a 10yr guarantee, though given the quality of the furniture, I don't think it will be required. Many Thanks to all at Springvale.

Currently looking to replace my M&S Abbey 2 and 3 seater sofa after 11 years of service.. looking fir similar style and csne across Springvale Leather Furniture. Look to be lovely suites and the range of leathers both quality and colours looked to be excellent. Wrong ahead and ordered a selection of leather samples. They arrived really fast and the quality is superb..will look to arrange visit to the showroom in neat future..

I don't often write reviews - for good or for bad. However, the team at Springvale Leather are seriously awesome. We have bought two items so far: a bespoke study chair that needed to be super-comfortable and a bespoke upholstered display case for a golf club. We have actually just ordered another study chair too. Whether it is Rachelle or Jodie taking down the details of the order and clarifying any idiosyncratic points, or whether it is Peter leading the team in the workshop, every single time, the experience has been warm, professional and fully five-stars from concept to execution. The display case was a Christmas present, so the team even sent it down incognito - in a box labelled 'Sauna', so the intended recipient remained in the dark until opened. Every detail was attended to and nothing was missed. Truly above and beyond. One day, I shall come to visit and give everyone a hug for leading the way in customer service, satisfaction and all-round loveliness. Absolutely tremendous - thank you so much!

The staff at Springvale Leather were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to help me choose a lovely sofa. The sofa is beautiful and I am so happy. The delivery was also great and the delivery company ADA & G Ltd were very friendly and helpful

The leathers samples are big enough to see how the weather looks and the delivery was quick.

The service from Springvale was excellent. I received a warm welcome at the Rawtenstall showroom, and at all times the staff went the extra mile to make sure I got what I was looking for - which I absolutely have! The delivery service was also very smooth and efficient.

Springvale products are definitely worth paying a bit more for - you get what you pay for!

The outstanding knowledge of the leather used, building a suite and cleaning instructions of making a suite was very impressive! All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. No pressure sales and the smallest of questions asked by us was answered quickly! The suite and footstool arrived in good time and delivery men were careful and respectful. It’s been perfectly made, comfortable and great value for money. We would definitely recommend Springvale. We came across this company by purchasing a secondhand rocking chair from a private seller and underneath it was a tag which was made 30 years ago by Springvale (still in perfect condition)

Their sofas and armchairs are excellent quality and look amazing, there is an attention to detail that is outstanding. They are a family firm that provides top class service as well as a premier product. If you are thinking about buying something from, do not hesitate!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Received my sofa bed on 27.7.25 and am absolutely delighted. The quality and design are excellent and over the weekend have thoroughly enjoyed having my new sofa. I am particularly impressed with elements that I was able to custom design . The leather is stunning!
