There was no place to scan the QR code on entry. Multiple people had this same issue. You could put in alternative ID so I tried phone number but it didn’t link to my existing reservation so on exit had to hold up the line and wait on hold for someone to manually verify the reservation.

I came to Chicago Illinois for a 4 night stay. I thought I parked in the right area but ended up getting a parking ticket. I called spothero about it and couldn't do anything about the ticket but they refunded me my money so I can pay the ticket. Thank you spwawaothero

Ease of making the rez on the app. Great text reminders/alerts. Also loads the directions as well. Great app. So easy & efficient!

Easy to find parking garage with video instructions, including txt directions. QR code for access to garage entrance & exit. I often use this app when trying to find parking on impromptu trips. App is easy to use too!

While it was frustrating that the facility was full when we arrived and we couldnt park, Spot Heros customer support was on point. Easy process, polite and processed refund quickly.

The parking area was very tricky to find, with inadequate instruction, and then the very tiny and poorly situated spot was not available because blocked.

A Renaissance Hotel, they had my car out front waiting for me. I didn't even have to call ahead of time. And the staff was really friendly~!

I was unable to park because the spot in the back right corner is too small to fit a car, and not hit the empty attendant stand. I spent so long trying to park I missed my window of time to cancel the reservation. I’d reconsider how many spots you want to mark in the lot

Unable to park in parking garage day of event due to road closures. Secured parking in advance of the Indy Mini Marathon. Parking was promoted by the event organizer, but inaccessible on race day. Drove around for more than an hour. Roads blocked in all directions providing no access to the parking garage. Finally gave up or I would have missed the race start time. Also, I input their coupon code which was supposed to give me a 10% savings (first time booking through them coupon). The savings was shown on screen, but not taken off the amount charged after hitting "pay now". I'm out $20, plus fees. Would give zero stars if I could.

Found a great spot by the symphony. Fairly easy to navigate site.

SpotHero sends a video to show you where to park. I followed the video exactly, it even has a large BINGO arrow overtop of the spots. I have the same matching video to theirs. I recieved a $75 parking ticket and almost had my car towed from parking where they told me to park. They refuse to acknowledge it was their error, and claim I parked at a different address even though I have proff of where I parked. I ended up having to move my car, pay another $20 to park somewhere else. So, in the end, I paid $95 to park in Toronto for 8 hours. Extremely frustrating. Customer service kindly reimbursed the $7 I paid for the day ....too bad Ive paid $95 instead of the $7.

We reserved a parking garage spot in downtown Indy for May 2. When we got to the garage, all parking was free that day! We called Spot Hero, and they wouldn’t refund our reservation. Our recommendation is: Just find parking when you arrive at your event. We lost $20.

the merchant failed to disclose a critical restriction—no in-and-out privileges—prior to or during the booking confirmation. This material omission was only discovered upon arrival, rendering the service unusable for my needs. Since the booking terms were incomplete and misleading regarding basic access rights.

I've used SpotHero just a few times so far, and have had terrific reliable experiences both times. The use of the App makes finding and securing parking quite easy, and I've appreciated the discounts I've already been offered and used. Each time I've reached out for customer service support to help clarify issues, I've received quick, thorough, and friendly responses.

Found a garage, paid for 24 hours but they never mentioned anything about one time parking. Waste of money. Pain to use and was only able to use the lot once. No warning on only being able to use the QR Code only once. This was bull!

Spothero double charged me for a parking spot overnight. When got my credit card bill and called they offered a small discount, I reminded them that I did not do anything wrong and they said they would reimburse me for the error, which they never did. I will never use them again.
