The shoes I purchaced came in decent time, but one of them (the right one) was used and somewhat worn in the degree that the letters "OMS" in TOMS were worn away and the sole is dirty.

It is not clear that you are purchasing from a UK store even though it's through a Danish domain and there are shops in Denmark. No option to return to a store, only option is to pay 150dkk (€20) for return.

I recently bought shoes from your company, and I’m extremely disappointed with your returns process. Your website clearly states that returns cost €5, but when I tried to return my shoes, I was charged €15—half the price of the shoes themselves.

This is unacceptable and misleading. I will not be shopping on your website again and expect a prompt explanation and correction.

Worst online shopping experience! I returned an item, got an email saying that they’d received the return and that I would get my refund within 2 weeks. A month has passed and after many emails to their customer service they now claim that they haven’t received my return?!!! But they do understand my frustration?! Yes I’m frustrated that you’re stealing my money.

I ordered from a Danish site not UK site so instead of getting my goods in 2 days I have to wait about 10 to 14 days.

Ordered 2 items with seperate orders that were later cancelled by Sportsworld. They indicate that my payment was transferred back however after 2-3 weeks, no money to be seen. Customer support acts incompetent even if you are lucky enough to even get in contact with them. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. As of today still waiting on 60+ euros.

I ordered from sportsworld.dk believing it was an EU-based webshop. Only afterwards did I discover the company is actually UK-based (SportsDirect / Wareshop2 Limited, Shirebrook, England). This was never made clear during checkout.

The shipping information is hidden, and communication about delays is poor. For EU customers, this creates unnecessary risks: slower delivery, possible customs charges, and uncertainty.

Sportsworld.dk promises Danish delivery times (1–3 days express / 3–7 days standard) but hides the fact that the seller is UK-based (SportsDirect / Wareshop2 Limited). After Brexit, this means delays and possible customs issues, yet none of this is clearly stated.

⚖️ Under EU & Danish law, delivery dates stated on the site are binding. If they fail to deliver on time, customers are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund including shipping costs. Sports World does not communicate this transparently and leaves customers misled.

This is not acceptable, I will not shop here again and warn other EU customers to be cautious.

totaly unexceptable when you return an item you have to pay for the return costs.
these are expensive and have to be returned to the UK !!!! minimum costs 15€ !

Return label not exepted by distibuters housenumber not specified on retourlabel. Item retour send to Sports Direct Den Haag, they deny that they have received this item at home. DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FRON THESE PEOPLE, they are thieves !

This is the worst company and cheat the people. They didn't inform the customer about the return policy and customer service attitude is the waves Hundige.

Matches description

Not clear that purchase is being made from a UK webshop and that sizes are UK. Size of purchased running shoes did not match the site's sizing table.
Costs of return excessive as the shipping is based on UK location. Advise to check this carefully and consider alternative shop.

Asking for feedback before package has arrived, always results in this score or lower. That's only fair !

Update : package arrived perfectly shipping was a little long but it was worth it will be buying more from them.

I ordered new football boots on the 17th of august and the estimated delivery date is today on the 24th the whole tracking system is so outdated and just isn't easy to understand furthermore there was some kind of miscommunication with they're global shipper and my local postal service cause I got a message saying package would arrive on the 20th all in all I hope the package will arrive today as estimated but at the moment my local postal service still hasn't given me any update on having received the package and seeing all these bad reviews has really scared me.

hopefully my package gets here and I will update the review but at the moment I have no clue about what's going on.
