The parcel was ordered Dec 8 and estimated delivery Dec 16. Now it’s Dec 19, and I still have not heard anything from Evri/Bring. Tried calling Bring but it seems impossible to reach them..

Very bad communication during the delivery unfortunately and it feels like it’s not sure if or when I’ll hear from Evri/Bring/Sports World.

The order process was quite easy and the items were delivered even before the expected due date. Very impressed with the service

Great prices. The item is new and well packaged. Delivery took 8 days (delivered to my home via PostNL). I'll be ordering again!

I checked the website for return cost. It said 4,95 euro. I wanted to return the product (size was way of, but that is the producers fault). The return cost where 14,95 euro.

I've paid extra for express delivery, but the due date was past yesterday and the shipment is still not here.

I tried to cancel an order because I got the same order twice, since the respond from the web told that the order was cacelled, but I still have two orders. I am super confused and no need of the same item twice.

They canceled my order without even sending me an email or informing me in any way. They also never gave me back the money. Contacting the customer service is very difficult and they only tell i have to wait to get my money back (but how long? It is +2 weeks already)

Do not use online shopping, I placed a big order £140 arrived promptly, one item £20 hat I needed to return. Went in store to exchange the item and I was told they do not accept refunds or exchanges for online purchases. I thought that was really bad that this wasn’t an option….. store assistant was very unhelpful just said I would have to go through website was unable to do it there. Then when I did do it they want £4.99 to return the item….. very poor way of treating customers and disgusting you have to pay to return the item/items even though I was in store.
Will never buy online from them again

By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had

I bought a product from SportsWorld’s online store, and it broke after just one use. I was told to send both broken parts to their repair department. After waiting several weeks, I received the package back — only to be told that the damage was not covered under their warranty.

When I opened the box, I realized they had only returned one of the two parts, leaving me with a product that is completely unusable.

After four weeks of back-and-forth emails with their support team, they finally offered me a 10% refund — for a product that I cannot use at all.

This is by far the worst customer service and warranty experience I’ve ever had with any company. I cannot recommend SportsWorld to anyone — neither for their product quality nor their support.

Returns policy for online orders is a big issue as you can no longer take returned goods back to the store for a refund exchange or credit voucher you have to return all items to the Sports Direct n Snares brook Ng20 out at your own cost!

They don't tell you that they ship from UK which takes eternity and return is super expensive, really bad experience even tough they use local domains and they are scamming like this.

Slow delivery, paid for express delivery - did not happen. No ability to return in physical store.
