But the woods I received are not palo santo they are surely fake and do not smell the same

How sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Palo Santo you received. We always advise our customers to read through the entire product information to avoid disappointment afterwards.
The felling of live Palo Santo trees is illegal and under strict supervision. The Palo Santo we sell comes from dead trees and is therefore legal. Because of this, they sometimes smell less strong or burn differently than you might be used to from an (illegal) supplier.
We hope this explanation may give you more clarity.

Very bad ordered a lamp it was defected and the customer service did nothing about it. Avoid this shop! As a reply they send the same email that they will look into the complaint but never do anything with it.

Shopping and free shipping for select customers. My €90+ was never even shipped. It was only when I followed up that I was informed my ''delivery address is incorrect'' - that's a lie. I have never had this issue from the multitude of websites I purchase from. Why don't you just say you only sell to select customers!! I'll take my custom elsewhere. What a joke!
Updated: In response to your reply, I reiterate that this is untrue. Had I not followed up myself via email, I'd still be waiting. I have NEVER had any shipping/delivery problems to this address, be it from DHL or any other postal service. Again, a service for SELECT customers.
