FROM GREAT TO CRAP
Been having crappy games lately, no big wins. Last month I deposited $160 in one nite, played it through, made nothing than asked for a bonus and got nothing. Another time I wagered over 10k, asked again and still nothing. The VIP member points take forever to progress to the next level. Last is that they've changed the amount of time it takes to process withdraws, it's now 9 hours+, (use to be instantly)which I think is bullshit, because other casinos still do faster withdraws.
