I'm absolutely delighted to report that I have had a very complex roof replaced on my house and brand new roof on my garage by Speedy Roofing. From initial consultation to final clean up every aspect was conducted with professionalism and dedication. Every part of the work was carried out with precision and expertise. The initial consultation with Murray the surveyor made me have every confidence in his team. Due to the challenges of the project I felt the quotations received were competitive, fair and realistic in today's market. The timeline suited my individual needs and commenced as agreed. The scaffolders arrived and erected their equipment speedily and efficiently with due regard for my personal access and garden. The roofers quicky took over and cleared the way for tile installation with excellent workmanship and dedication to the project. Particular thanks goes to Stephen and Richie for their stamina and expertise. Overall I'm absolutely delighted with the high standard of workmanship overseen by Contracts Manager David. I have no hesitation in recommending Speedy Roofing to prospective clients and wish them every success in the company's future.

Had Ronnie out he had a look over everything got a quote and it was fine, he had taken pictures of roof, loft and was very efficient. The guys started the job and I had my full roof done in a matter of days, also speedy roofing kept me up to date with what was happening would definitely recommend this company, just one more thing I never got to see the Scotty dog🤣🤣 Thanks guys Margaret Gallacher.

My wife and I had the house roof replaced and the boys were great.

Ronnie initially came out to measure up and was very thorough, he explained the whole process and answered all our questions, later that day he then emailed over a detailed quotation which we accepted a few days later. We did have several quotes but opted for Speedy as we felt the others were a little pushy and Ronnie was far more professional.

We were kept updated regarding scaffolding and start dates by Grant who was also very accommodating.

However the bulk of my praise has to be kept for Gary and his team who completed the work. They guys arrived first thing daily and worked tirelessly through some terrible conditions at times. The place was kept spotless throughout the work as the guys tidied up at the end of everyday. I am delighted with how my house is looking and I cannot thank the guys enough.

Would not hesitate to recommend the whole team, a really lovely company to deal with.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Our roof conversion was delayed a little bit due to circumstances out of their control but we got it completed within a week in January. Guys were polite, tidy, and communication between ourselves and the head office were great. The finished roof is beautiful, it was such a complex job to cut wood to replace the intricate panels on our P shape roof, but Iain and Stewart were amazing. They gave great advice about the placement of the downlighters, the electrician was efficient and tidy, and the plasterer did a wonderful job. Nothing was ever a bother for Grant who oversaw the job, always quick to answer any questions we had. The room is transformed, the temperature difference is incredible and the wee Velux window which we opted for, is just lovely. We absolutely recommend Speedy Roofing to anyone. And if you’ve been thinking of replacing your conservatory roof, do it! And make sure to use these guys. Thank you!

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Didn’t have any idea about roofing work or what it entails. Murray and the team at Speedy Roofing were forthcoming, professional and efficient

What an awful experience this was. I got a complete new roof. Start date was delayed (first two days was stormy so totally understandable). So they started 9 days late. They never worked more than a 4 hour shift. On more than one occasion they were at the property less than 3 hours and still took an hour for lunch. I had three promised finish dates that never happened. They spoke down to me and spoke over me. Nothing was explained. Thenproject manager had no idea when the roofers were on site (or not). It seemed like the left hand had nonidea what the rigjt hand were doing. They did do the internal plaster work as a form of compensation (but you would think that as they caused the damage that should be covered anyway) the plasterer, joiner and the guy who came to fix the gutter 4 times were great. Took just over 6 weeks from start to finish. Still waiting on my velux opener i was promised and had to phone up for my guarantee papers. Thank god getting a new roof is a once in a lifetime thing. Would rather move house than go through all the stress again. Definitely would not recommend.

The job started months after it should have, took weeks longer than it should have, and the service we have received has been shocking. 4 and a half weeks after the job finally started we were told that they still could not give us any indication of when someone would come back to finish it. By that point all that was required was the replacement of a very small porch roof. We were clearly being fobbed off and had to chase things up almost daily as no one would turn up when we were told they would. The excuses we were given were often contradictory, or simply did not make sense. The final straw was when the excuse we were given was that replacing the porch roof was too big a job for this particular roofing company. Save yourself a lot of stress and go elsewhere.

Just had my roof replaced by Speedy Roofing. From the delivery of tiles and accesories and also the skip and scaffolding, all delivered in the same hour to the roofers, under extreme weather conditions efficiently installing my exceptional new ridged tile roof, I could not be happier. In fact I have now developed a stiff kneck continually looking up at my roof. My wife feels she is living in a new house and with climate change its the best move we have made. If you need a new roof dont hesitate to use Speedy Roofing. You wont be disappointed and be sure to look after great roofers.

Our old roof on a 3-storey town house needed completely reinstalling after 50 years of exposure to the Scottish climate.
Murray was our first contact with Speedy Roofing and responded to our initial enquiry very quickly with a visit to the property. He gave us good clear advice and produced a very competitive quote.
Unfortunately the start date was postponed due to work load and shortage of materials. However Project Manager Grant kept us informed and we fully accept that the snags were out of his control.
Happily the project was completed to our great satisfaction. We were particularly impressed with the workmanship and quality of materials. It's also worth mentioning that the the somewhat quirky design of the original roof presented some unique challenges, but Grant and his expert team dealt with them in a very professional way and again, kept us informed at every stage. It was also pleasing that, despite the extra challenges presented by original design, the final invoice matched the original quote - no hidden extra charges - which is a credit to Speedy Roofing's honesty and integrity. The finished project looks great, has already been weather tested and, I'm sure, will outlast me!
