You may have received emails and notifications offering you an upgrade to Digital Care Antivirus Complete.

We as a company have decided to provide our users with a new and improved program called Digital Care AntiVirus Complete. Emails were sent to all users, as well as upgrade notifications from within SpeedyPC Pro offering an upgrade to Digital Care AntiVirus Complete. As we have a large existing client base, we wish to provide two choices to you. You are welcome to continue using SpeedyPC Pro, and we do have installation instructions for existing users.

As an existing SpeedyPC Pro client, we want to ensure that you can continue to take advantage of the same support and services you've become comfortable with.

Please be assured, we will be here to support you no matter which option you choose. Your subscription will continue to carry our support for a variety of issues, should you require it.

We would like to note that while Digital Care includes the cleaning and maintenance features of SpeedyPC Pro, it is also intended for use as a full antivirus, and as such may conflict with existing antivirus software. If you do not intend to use Digital Care as your primary antivirus program, we would be happy to provide you with steps to ensure that this does not occur.

What I would like to do today for you, is email you instructions on how to re-install SpeedyPC Pro, along with a copy of your license key.

A pretty good program for antivirus and improved computer program efficiency. The scan takes a very long time to complete. The program may slow the computer down a bit.

I'm sorry to hear that the program is running a bit longer for you. We do find at times, the Malware Scanning section tends to be rather lengthy.

If you find this rather cumbersome, we can do a couple of things for you. You may wish to have the program run at a time more convenient time for you.

To set up when you wish the program to run, please open SpeedyPC Pro. Once open, please follow the next steps:

1. Click on Maintenance
2. Adjust the Schedule for each category to how frequently you wish the program to scan
3. Click on Customize and choose the days of the week, and the time you wish to have the software scan

If further issues occur, lets have you contact our support team.

One Star = My computer needed "recovery" so I lost Speedy PC program. Went To download it and to my surprise you don't exist anymore. I can't get you back & I just paid for this service. Now you want me to use Digital Care, NO thank you, I don't need an antivirus scan/clean, web protection..... you should not have been renewed.
Four Star = Couldn't make it into a 5 star for I still have reservations but do like the way you solved my problem with the right web site so I could down load the program. I do love the way this program works to speed up my computer without me looking into it in great detail & time.

The on-line ad is misleading in that the subscription expires in a year. No where is this revealed in their ads.

Other than deceptive advertising, it is a great program.

too long to activate renewal

I renewed three days ago, and still am receiving reminders to renew. No sign, (except this opinion poll), that says that I now have it on my computer again. Please let me know that this is now working on my system......no logo displayed as before. I have the receipt for my renewal, but no phone number to call to verify.
