I think this company is doing a good job on assisting costumers sopports and questions about any doubts that we have and need the only thing is that I had to find out myself how to get my cash refund from the company there is no place that tells you the steps how to get your refund

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My experience with this company has be very bad!! They owe me a refund of funds deducted from my credit card UNAUTHORISED. After a few interaction with Paula & Angel I was promised that I will be refunded. Six weeks down the line still nothing!!! After receiving a so called "proof" of refund, which by the way is ONLY HALF of the original amount!!
Quick to debit credit cards but NO effort to refund! Wont recommend them at all!!

The company is serious, respond quiqly if you have a situation and resolve problems.

Kenny's service is exceptional.

My card information was used without my information, no OTP sent and almost Rs 9k got deducted from my account without my knowledge. I communicated with speed2ride via email and they agreed for a 100% refund within 7 to 10 days it has been morethan 15 days and they haven't yet refunded.. and they are not even replying.
I promised them to give a positive review but as they are not responding to my emails and there is no refund i gave this review and now i want my refund as early as possible.

This is a scam, last month I payed the backpack north face. They just get my money and I haven’t get the item.. they get 2x in my account so be aware people! Don’t trust this!!
