Great team. Helped me immediately to solve my problem and offered to pay back the money they deducted.

It's a scam. I was ordering online from"Douglas". After payment I received an email that I purchased a gift card from a site I never heard of. I asked for refund, they refused it and I had to buy something from their site, products that I dont need. After that, they wrote that there are willing to refund in exchange of a 4 or 5 star review. I refused. They took money from my account the second time without my permission. I had to cancel my card. After my first 1 star review I received a lots of emails to delete it with the promisses of refund. I deleted it in the end, knowing that I will never see that money back. I received no refund. After a week when I asked about the refund, they wrote me that they gave me credit on their site, explaining that they can't make the refund because I changed my card. My name and account number ( that they have ) is the same and they have both. This is my experience, I hope it helps other people not to make the same mistake.

It's just another scam; they steal and sell your personal information, there are no refunds, and they send you fraudulent links. I gathered information and reported them to the appropriate authorities. I hope this information becomes public because I'm going to share it on social media to prevent these scams.
