super fast support, got the answer right the first time, awesome!

I primarily use Speechify for school, and it allows me to go through my university textbooks much more efficiently than reading them. I had a billing dispute where a discount was not applied to my statement, and I was charged an amount other than advertised in a promotion. I messaged the customer service team and had a response within MINUTES. An individual named Chris was assigned to my case and was able to resolve the dispute within the hour. I was not expecting such a quick reply, let alone as quick of a solution. Thanks for the help!

I am reaching that age where my eyes are starting to struggle with smaller fonts on screens. Beyond just the visual strain, I have an auditory processing disorder, and Speechify’s clean, clear voices have saved me countless times. My current workflow is to have a speech transcribed, feed that text into Speechify, and then I can finally understand it clearly. I truly can't express how much this application has helped me. I’ve recently paired it with Krisp.ai, and the combination is absolute magic for someone with my needs. Highly recommended!

I am old and not tech savvy, however I love to listen to books. I was unable to use their platform because of MY LACK of understanding, however, the Customer Service I received from Speechify was exemplary. Aboutly 5 star perfection from Chris and Jennifer. The company has perfect customer service. So easy to talk to and so helpful and kind.

I found it impossible to cancel my subscription myself, but once I connected with Chris, the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently.

At first I was disappointed that they did not have a customer service phone number. But I filled out the form and within minutes I was chatting with a real person. Props to speechifies customer service. Jean in particular was awesome. She handled my problem quickly and with ease.
