Dale is fantastic. Very polite and sorted out my problem very quickly.

I had an accidental annual charge after my 3-day free trial ended. I contacted Speechify support immediately because I had not intended to subscribe to the annual plan.

Christian handled my request very quickly (like in literally just 10-15 min) and professionally. At first, I was offered a partial refund, but after I explained the situation and confirmed that the subscription had not been meaningfully used, Christian processed a full refund request for me.

The communication was fast, respectful, and helpful, and I really appreciated the way my concern was handled. Thank you, Christian, for your assistance.

As a subscriber/customer, I had a problem with my Speechify subscription that I couldn't figure out and that I needed urgent help with. One of Speechify's Customer Success Team members, Lovella, was very helpful in helping me get the problem resolved. She was a pleasure throughout the process. More companies need people like Lovella. Another team member, Chris, was also helpful in getting the problem resolved. Without the two of them, I doubt that I ever would have been able to do it myself. Bravo to both of them and their fellow team members.

I’ve been using Speechify for two years now. My first year was perfect, but I hit a snag when trying to renew my subscription this time. I had a question regarding the initial set up of the Speechify app. It appears that the required steps don't go through easily on the Google Pixel phones.

I sent an email requesting help and got a reply within an hour. The fix they suggested worked and I was up and running without any further issue.

Wow! Super customer service. Someone replied on WhatsApp immediately, sorted out my problem and refunded me within a minute or two. The app worked for me while I was a subscriber and I might go back when I’m studying again.

I did not use the service much. It automatically renewed. I contacted them saying I wasn't desirous of renewing as Id been diagnosed with blood and skin cancer. Lightning fast response resulting in refund. Fastest service I've ever received

I’m very happy with Speechify. The app is really useful, especially for studying, learning and creating podcasts from texts. It saves a lot of time and makes it easier to work with longer content.
I also had a very good experience with the customer service. They answered in a friendly, helpful and clear way, which I really appreciated.
One thing I only found out later is that the podcast feature is limited to 30 podcasts per month. To be fair, 30 podcasts is more than enough for normal use, but I think it would be helpful if this limit was shown more clearly before subscribing, so users know exactly what to expect.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the app and would definitely recommend it to students or anyone who works with a lot of texts.
