Amazing Service and Value for Money
Really impressed with the service from Specmart. Everything was seamless from start to finish, the frames were great value for money, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered quickly. Excellent customer service throughout and I would definitely recommend them.

Used Vik at specsmart to be able to get my glasses online, with the use of my NHS voucher. The process felt a little unsturdy to begin with however Vik assisted every step of the way and was excellent throughout, Vik even assisted with issues I was having with another opticians giving me the correct voucher codes necessary.
Overall the process took just short of 2 weeks (it was Easter bank holidays between) & I am extremely happy with my choice and most importantly I can see clearly and I would confidently return to Vik again, he has a true passion for his career.
