After reluctantly paying a small fortune without the chance to properly try them on, the glasses arrived—too late for his exams. Hope was lost here, but direction and purpose were found.

Sid realised that eyewear, much like shoes, should come with options that cater to different needs and occasions without breaking the bank or compromising on quality. Driven by this idea, Sid envisioned a brand where selecting glasses would be as enjoyable and straightforward as choosing a pair of shoes for different occasions—hence our tagline, “A Frame for Every Game.“

False advertisting - Not speedy and terrible communication.

Happily took my order and money on a pair of sunglasses then the following day I get a missed call and a voicemail from one of their staff informing me that they don't actually have stock. Following this, they attempted to side-sell me a different pair of lenses.

Had this been made clear to me when I made the purchase, I would have shopped elsewhere - I'm now in limbo trying to cancel my order so I can purchase some others in-time for my holiday plans.

The staff member also mentioned they would follow-up with an email containing all of the information regarding the stock issue and subsequent offerings to put their mistake right but this was never acted upon.

I had to chase this up myself with their live chat bot - an absolute faff all round.

Gave them a chance - would typically shop elsewhere but decided to give them a try since they're local and offer a 'Rocket Service' for delivery - I think this must be similar to Mr Bezos' Blue Origin story, bit of a non-starter.

Update - Following my complaint, they've now apparently issued a 7-10 day refund but nothing to remedy the used first-order 10% discount that my account has now used/not used.

All round shocker, wouldn't recommend.

Your refund has now been issued, but we also understand your point about the first-order discount being used on an order that could not be fulfilled. Cheap reading glasses.

I wanted some replacement cheap reading glasses, I was very happy with them and the speed the order were processed and delivered.
I would recommend and would probably order again, however watch out for the extra costs like recommended thin lenses for £27
The nice cases, little repair tool and cleaning fluid where a welcome extra.

2 Pairs Purchased & they're Perfect!

I've now purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Specscart and I'm really pleased with both pairs. The 'try at home' experience is easy to do and really useful. Communications once you've ordered is quick and I was able to sort a tricky situation out fairly pain free with my first pair. Then when I ordered my second, everything was kept on file so we didn't have to repeat any processes. Delivert us quick and the glasses are well packaged. Would highly recommend!

I wanted a pair of sunglasses re glazed…

I wanted a pair of sunglasses re glazed and back in time for my holiday in 10 days time. I sent them 24 hour tracked and received them back less than 48 hours later. Half the price of the high street, extremely happy with them and the support and help I received from Ansh. Highly recommend Specscart and will definitely use again - thanks.

Prescription sunglasses in a rush

Needed some prescription sunglasses in a rush just before a holiday - how simple and efficient Specscart was. I was a bit dubious, but having ordered at 8pm on Wednesday there my sunglasses were in my hands by Friday afternoon. Great service and very quick delivery.
Prescription and fit perfectly fine.
I think its a little difficult to judge the quality of the frames without seeing them in your hands, if you need a basic pair of specs made well and delivered quickly I would have no hesitation in recommending Specscart. Thanks.

Lovely frames, smashing glasses

I visited the website and saw several pairs of frames I liked. Had them delivered for a home trial - excellent idea - and they arrived promptly and well packaged. Loved 1 frame and set about purchasing some varifocals with thinned transition lenses. All went well until I tried to pay for them. There was a discount code available at checkout which I qualified for as they came to £270. But it wouldn't work. I tried on a different device but still no joy so I rang the customer services department and thats where it all went a bit wrong. I got a member of staff who clearly had some training needs. My issue wasn't resolved HOWEVER, I was then contacted by Tamsin who took ownership of the matter and the rest of my experience was great.
I am super pleased with my glasses and have already recommended Specscart to a friend
