Engineer was competent and helpful. Some of the admin details are a little confusing and queries can be difficult to get answers to.

Zip Taps are by far the best products…
Zip Taps are by far the best products of its type and rivals, I know so many people who have opted for the cheaper versions and have been bitterly disappointed!
Service is second to none we have the service contract and I could ever be without my tap and the backup provided!
It’s not the cheapest but in my opinion by far the best
