Absolutely great service, very hard to find anywhere these days. This is the 3rd online vaping store I have shopped with & so far the best, even though some of the items are slightly more expensive. Wayne is of big help especially when I'm only 5 months into vaping. Have bought some as gifts & my friends loved their kits. Highly recommended.

Bend-over-backwards Customer Service
I ordered a Sparks Mini E-Pipe from Sparks and it arrived next day. It's a lovely bit of kit; well made and sturdy. I absolutely love it.
Unfortunately there was a slight problem with charging the batteries. I reported this to Sparks via their website and within ten minutes they phoned me to give me some assistance. I was still having problems so I got in touch and they sent me a new charger and batteries by next day courier! Now all is well and I'm a very happy chap.
I work in online retail, so I totally understand that problems can and do occur. The true test is how a company sorts out any issues. Sparks have passed this test with flying colours and then some. I am 100% confident in buying from them again and recommending to my friends.

Sparks has converted a 4 packet a day smoker!
I found this company via Amazon and from the first time I rang them I have found them so friendly and helpful. Dealt mostly with Wayne or Hannah and they have gone out of their way to help especially as I live part of the year in Turkey. My partner who smoked 4 packets a day as almost fully converted to "vaping" only having the very odd cigerette now and again. The difference it has made to the house (especially in the winter with the windows shut) is unbelievable and I am very grateful to Sparks for that. My partner's boss is trying it out at the moment and I have just placed my 4th order with Sparks Also other friends are looking to try too.
