I have tried multiple times to resolve this- I get 7% weekly cashback, and yet I wagered a total of $2700 this week alone, and got $46.92 back. I have reached out to support repeatedly and was told it is correct. I want all of my cashback corrected, or a detailed wagering report, because this is 1000% wrong. I have almost 22,000 VIP tier points, and don’t believe this values my play.
This has gone on for MULTIPLE weeks. I purposely did NOT withdrawal because I knew there was a problem. I expect this to be fixed and resolved within 24-hours, because support never responds quickly even though I am supposed to have priority customer service.
Until this is resolved- I will not make another deposit. I’ve played consistently for over a year, and this is discouraging.

Bluffbet is refusing to give me my bonus claiming I "behaved in activity that is aimed at abusing their services" i put 60 in won money and tried to withdraw saw that it said it couldn't be withdrawn due to it being "bonus funds" so I figured okay play a certain amount lost it all still didn't get my free spins tried to email support so I could see what was wrong and they won't even tell me. 0/10 never put money into this site they will take it and not blink I know that's what casinos do but I did nothing that is "abusing services" and I am losing money due to it I am not happy with this site.

Unbelievably hard to verify your account and withdraw. Provided my card statements but they said they couldn't verify because they didn't have the card number on them even though I was happy to send pictures of the card I used to deposit like every other website accepts. The next day my account was at 8 dollars and hers at 11.

Not recommended at all. I've signed up and did the betting. They gave me a welcome bonus which now I realized that it is just purely a lure. When I successively won, I had to do withdrawals of $600. But to withdrew it, they asked me to confirm my identity by sending them an Identification card thru Hooyu link. I did send an international driver's license which was rejected. Then I sent a passport copy which was again rejected. They said it needs to be clear and that it should not have missing information in them. Well, photos of the ID and passport were taken clearly with all the information by my high end Samsung 24Ultra. On top of this is sending a proof of address that is if you are successful in uploading those identification cards. Everytime I click withdrawal menu it says "payment list is empty" which means you can not do any withdrawals at all. BE CAREFUL. Don't get lured by those positive feedbacks and those enticing bonus. You can not withdrew them in the end. When you email them for concerns, it is like you are being answered by a bogus person with template response. No name, phone numbers or address. I believe this is a scam.
