My experience was great. Shipping was fast. They very easily exchanged sizes after the first size was too big. I’d recommend this company to all my dog loving friends! Thank you for being great and producing great quality rain shoes for my dog.

Great pjs, quality pup clothing

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Spark Paws.
I ordered two jackets for us and one for my dog, carefully following their size chart. Unfortunately, every single item ran extremely large — for both adults and the dog. The sizing chart was clearly inaccurate. I spent over $110 (even after using a first-time buyer discount), so this was not a small purchase.
Shipping also took longer than expected.
When I tried to return the items, the process became even more frustrating. At first, they were hesitant about allowing the return. After going back and forth, they finally agreed — but then told me I needed to figure out how to print two separate return labels myself. When I contacted them again for help, they said they would provide the labels but would charge me $14 for them.
That’s unacceptable. Why should I have to pay for return shipping when the sizing chart they provide is inaccurate? The items were not as described, and customers shouldn’t have to pay extra to fix the company’s mistake.
Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience. I won’t be ordering again and would caution others to be careful with sizing and return policies before purchasing.

Great fit.and good clothes that look nice and not cheap

I love the clothing at spark paws. My American bully has multiple SPF t shirts, pyjamas and we have several matching hoodies. We get compliments on our outfits all the time. The garments are great quality and attractive colors and prints. I recommend this company to my family and friends.

The hoodies are so soft and cute!! My only suggestion would be to make a hole farther down for harnesses. I don’t walk my dog with her leash attached to her collar, only a harness. I just made my own holes in our hoodies. We get compliments every time she has one on!

First time I ordered from this company was back last year for the harness and leads, the delivery does take a while but I don't mind that for the quality and price (they do good sales). Loved them so much I have ordered more stuff from them and will continue to order. The customer service is also amazing when I had issues with the size of a coat from a different order they replied quickly and resolved the issue.

Love Spark Paws because the quality of the dog clothing is fantastic and they charge a fair price for this quality. I have ordered lots of things from here and have never been disappointed in the quality. If the quality and the prices stay good I will continue to buy from here.

Fantastic quality

I love the range of everything. The sizing is spot on. Fast delivery. The only downside is, there doesn't seem to be any incentives for buyers.

The sweatshirt is so soft and comfy, my tow dogs are kept warm through Wisconsins winter and look adorable too
