Bought two dog hoodies from this place, delivery took forever! But this isn’t the reason why I’m giving them 1 star. The customer service is shocking and if you return items, do not expect a refund! I sent the items back 2 and half months ago and still haven’t received my money back. Sent multiple messages asking for an update and all they say is ‘we’ll get our colleague to look into it’

I ordered something from SparkPaws at the end of November. Unfortunately, this package did not arrive properly. An incorrect postal code was to blame, so it was sent back. Then an incomplete package was supposed to be sent to me. They didn’t want to refund my money because they no longer had everything in stock, but instead I was supposed to receive a voucher, which I haven’t received to this day. Then this package also didn’t arrive. This means I have no money and no clothes... Supposedly it was sent with Hermes and left at my front door. However, this package cannot be found. I also don’t have a delivery agreement, and they refuse to give me my money back. No recommendation!!!

Scam - order never delivered. Wish I would have checked reviews first. Even the email from the company claiming it was delivered, came with caution warnings from my email provider, warning that the email may be a scam. Dang it.

They mislead customers shipping from China without clearence, but they sell it from .eu domain and using Euro as currency. So you rational assumption that they are in europe but no!
The cost of good purchased was 24.5 euro.

Custom clearance in my country charges me 14 euro for that delivery!!!

So disappointed that the item is shipped from China. Nowhere is this indicated on the .uk website. I would never have bought from here. Clearly trying to (and succeeding in) pull the wool over our eyes with its .uk address and cutsie 'our story' page. I've double-checked the Shipping Info by Country and, again, no indication that it's from China. I ordered two weeks ago and the item is still in customs in China.

Shame on you, Spark Paws.

They are extremely expensive. but they produce and ship from china so their costs are minimal but they profit a lot.

Waiting time is 1 month...you are paying quite a lot of money for waiting lots...( normally when you buy from china you pay less because waiting time are long and costs are low )

Sizing is totally off but animals sizing is difficult, i get it. The weight tho...the harness weight so much that will cause issues to your dog if you make them wear it for a year. Like Serius spine issues and mobility issues.

Worst than worst if you are in europe and you want to return the stuff becuase of course you don't like it...you have to return it IN FLORIDA, basically shipping is more expensive than the value of the returned item.

They will offer a voucher, but you have to use it within 30 days...but they won't tell you that... they will just wait for it to finish.

This company is evil armfull for you and your dog... steer away.

mega poor service. you think you are trading on a European side, as prices appear in €. and it only says that it is the customer's responsibility to pay customs and VAT, but they just forgot to mention that they ship from China. so even though they write that it is your own responsibility, you are not aware that it comes from China.
