This is my first time ordering from Spark Paws and I will definitely be ordering again. Customer service were extremely quick with their responses and they delivered a 1st class, and patient, service to me as I originally ordered the incorrect size for my dog.
Both the hoodie and the coat are made of extreme quality and I am very happy.

I just wanted to share my experience and to be honest, I would have not given them any stars at all. It has been a horrible experience from the beginning from not getting a vest for my bigger dog a green vest that I ordered and never got it till like just yesterday and they told me to do my own investigation about it. I had also contacted them about another little purple vest for my little one and they never reached out to me till I started emailing again, and they’re also making me pay for my own label to send their stuff back because I don’t want to keep it. They’re making me pay for it. It’s outrageous the customer service these people provide, it’s definitely not professional. Never again.

When I contacted them about a return I was supplied with a replacement and asked to donate the original item to someone else or animal rescue society, which I have done.

I absolutely love spark paws. The quality of their products are top of the line and to make you feel more connected with your pet is the best feeling in the world. They're great and you won't get a better quality garments!!

Ordered from spark paws and put in my correct address. My delivery was notified. I had an exception and then spark paws updated my delivery address to a completely different address.

When I reached out to them and provided screenshots to show that this happened, they told me that I was wrong and this was my fault. Mind you this is after they stopped responding and I had to reach out to them through various channels. They also don’t have a working phone number. Don’t waste your money on this fraudulent company with this dishonest business practices.

I’m truly surprised how durable these hoodies are. Usually my pups get holes in their hoodies within like 2 days !

I have loved everything I have bought from this company. I continuously recommend them to friends.The lavender coat for my pitbull looks adorable on her and keeps her warm. I also have several sweatshirts for myself and the pup.

I have found the products are of excellent quality and durability. I have several for my boxer/rhodesian ridgeback. When I have spoken with customer service they have been professional, kind and supportive. I am happy to say I will remain a loyal customer.

The hoodies are well made and fit perfectly. They were shipped quickly in December. I was very pleased with the company.
