good support, response very fast asf

Sparked Host has one of the best Support I ever had. Their Staff usually replies under 2 Minutes. Even tho the RAM prices are over average, Sparked Host ofers one of the best Hardwares and they dont charge extra for it. They offer multiple Locations and a wide range of Games and Plans. I got the 12GB Minecraft Server Plan. Everything worked perfectly, from the payment to starting the Server, the Server was ready immediately. It took me only about 10mins to get ready to play. Top Server Hoster, would defenitely keep on using!

Had problems with a server, staff named Ali helped me through it.

I've been scammed out of my money, so I tried to buy the server for 2.54 usd right on Nov 29th multiple time it failed and i got my money back but then recently I got charged 2.54 on Dec 2 and one more 2.54 on Dec 6

I had a good experience with my support. I have never had any type of problems with them in the past, and now again. I get an error, and I receive an almost immediate response from Mr Walson. Respectful, patient, efficient, perfect really.

The customer service here is excellent.

I had a problem with my minecraft server, opened the chat and within 20 seconds was speaking with an operator. We had my issue resolved within 10minutes and I was back in game. Really excellent service!

Highly recommend

The performance of the servers was extremely poor. Even under minor load, lag spikes happened more often than I have ever experienced before with any other hosting providers. Even after changing the servers' regions, that barely helped with the lag spikes, while performance remained surprisingly poor. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, and I strongly urge you to stay away.

I had a problem with my server crashing and help came almost instantly after asking. The helper solved the problem quickly and was very polite, one of the best support services I have received. :D

Great custumer support, had a problem while setting up the server and Walson solved my problems in just a few minutes!

Iv been with these guys on and off for years and they are without a doubt the MOST stable, affordable, and EASILY customizable gaming servers I have ever used. Every small problem Ive ever had has been resolved quickly and easily, they have an amazing supoort team. Sometimes I feel bad for them because they respond faster than me! Never experienced that level of care before.
